COMMERCIAL TERMS
1. PRICES: Prices quoted are net ex our works at G h a z i a b a d .
2. GST: The GST and other taxes / levies, if applicable at the time of delivery, then, shall be charged extra as per actuals.

3. PRICE VARIATION CLAUSE: NIL.

4. DELIVERY: The material shall be delivered as per your delivery schedule but from the date of receipt of Technically &
Commercially & after receipt of approval of drawings alongwith 30% advance.

6. PAYMENTS: The payment shall be 30% unconditional advance and balance 70% payment against Proforma Invoice
before dispatch, after successful Inspection.

6. VALIDITY: Offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of offer.

7. PRICE ESCALATIONS: The prices have been quoted after taking into account prevailing discounted rates of the items suppliers
mentioned in Bill of Material as on the date of this offer. Any subsequent increase in the rates of these items on account of
price revisions or increase in taxes / duties / levies shall be charged extra to your account.

8. WARRANTEE: Our products are guaranteed for a period of 18 months from the date of supply or 12 Months from the date
of operational acceptance whichever occurs first against any manufacturing defects.

9. INSPECTION & TESTING: Final testing of products shall be carried out at our works. We would welcome the deputation of your
authorized representative for witnessing the final testing at our works with prior appointment at mutually convenient schedules.

10. FREIGHT: Freight shall be charged extra as per actuals.

11. PACKING: Packing charges shall be charged extra @ 3% for wooden packing to protect in transit. Insurance
shall be to your A/c.

12. DEVIATION: There is no deviation towards the items Offered by us and shall be strictly as per your technical specification.

13. VENDOR APPROVAL: The Vendor Approval be in your Scope.
