& Construction Co. (Phil.), Inc) is herein attached as Annex “B”);

b) Make It Happen Real Estate Development Inc. as a regular

Electrical-Contractor from April 2017 up to the present (a copy of
the original Certificate of Employment issued by Make It Happen
Real Estate Development Inc is herein attached as Annex “C”);

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for
