Cleaning Pixies will provide professional cleaning services to offices, apartments and
condominium units. For apartment room and condo unit, customer can choose a quick
service or the general cleaning service and an all-around cleaning service for office
space. Customers can book a schedule through phone call, email or through our company
website.

1.2 Market Readiness

Cleaning service is becoming a trend nowadays especially when there are issues and
government policies in hiring personal maids. Davao City with its booming economic
industry particularly in real estate has attracted various cleaning service businesses.

The building cleaning industry has two main markets: residential and commercial. The
residential market primarily consist of maid services, carpet, window and other like
services. The commercial cleaning segment focuses primarily on janitorial services which
provide a broader range include carpet and floor care, window cleaning, vacuuming, etc.
Cleaning Pixies both offers commercial and residential services.
To be able to compete and to gain acceptance as a brand in cleaning industry we will
compete on the basis on providing an entire cleaning experience rather than by attracting
customers by on the basis of price only.

1.3 Proprietary Position

The Cleaning Pixies reserve its rights to use the name “Cleaning Pixies” and its
trademark. The Cleaning Pixies does not hold any exclusive rights in use of certain
patents, copyrights, trademark, trade names, and trade secrets of the supplier of our
materials. The Cleaning Pixies does not have exclusive rights to a distribution channel of
a particular supplier of our materials because the Cleaning Pixies basically buys
wholesale for our cleaning usage only. The Cleaning Pixies’ name and trademark and will
be registered in the Intellectual Property Office and will be protected by the Intellectual
Property Rights any copyright infringement will be dealt by the full extent of the law and
proper due process of law.
