Buress agrees o provide prossonal services to City as theofficial Destination Marketing Organization foe Rochester providing sles, marketing and promotion of [Rochester and the Rochester area, including the MCC and other City resources, as visitor and Page 2112 ‘ourism destination and convention centr. Such services shall include, without initation, the following: Sell market a promote conventions, meetings, trade shows and sports ‘campetitons and related functions in Rochester and the Rochester area with special ‘xuphasis on those that wil lize its convention and hospitality cites, and particularly the Mi Sell, market ard promote Rochester andthe Rochester areas visitor destination ith special emphasis on convention and event sues forthe MCC; Sell, market anl promote Rochester and the Rochester ares comunity, ts servies, hospitality feces, traction and other resources; Encourage and assis inthe development of community sevice, programs, events, ‘acts and activities benetica in atacting visitors and ather interested persons to Rochester and the Rochester ares; Provide assistance and services to convention, meeting snd spots competition planners and their participants and attendees and to al visitors and potential visitors to Rochester; ard Coordinate marketing activites, event services and promote positive beneficial relations among the hospitality stakeholders and providers in Rochester and the Rochester area, Provide annually the Burea’s sales and marketing plan fr the MCC for ‘Commission approval with the intent of achieving the revenue goals established by Page 3112 the Commission forthe MCC; 1 Provide mally forthe Commisin's approval the budget forthe services vided bythe Bureau forthe MCC sale and mating. ‘The Burs shall ‘provide ups onthe progress towards thse goals with sles and marketing serves updates at each euler scheduled esting ofthe Commission andthe xecutive Distr of the Buea or aff designe shall meet with the MCC staf? or designated MCC stat, on an ongoing bass to discuss the progses of sles and ‘marketing series being undertaken by the Bure forthe MCC ‘Bureau shal employ profesional stat capable of providing the services and utvites required of Boreas horender 5, Boat of Dicedors.
