For all abstracts:

 We only accept WORD type of files with APA format 6th edition
 Word limit is 300-350 words including in-text citations, and excluding the title section (title,
names, affiliations, emails) – this limitation is important as we aim to print Book of Abstracts
 Font used: Calibri, size 12, single spacing
 When naming your file please use this format
o TypeOfAbstract_YourSurname_ DateOfSubmissionMM-DD (Poster_Bednarikova_ 05-25)
 Before submitting your abstract please review it for spelling and grammar errors
 Once ready please send your abstract to enyssp2017@gmail.com
o The email subject should be “abstract submission”
 Within 5 working days you will receive email confirmation about receiving your submission
 The review process takes some time, so please be patient and count at least two weeks until you
will get a review result.
 We will review the abstracts based on the rule „first come, first served“, so you can get the
review result faster, the earlier before the submission deadline we will receive it.
 Please be aware, that some abstracts are accepted with minor/major revisions, in that case it will
be important to re-submit your abstract within the deadline as will be communicated in the e-
mail.

4. Discussion (implications of the results)

 Short oral presentation

Short oral presentations must include these sections:
a) Research topics
1. Introduction (theoretical framework, problem statement)
2. Methodology
3. Results summary
4. Discussion (implications of the results)
b) Applied topics
1. Introduction (theoretical framework, problem statement)
2. Purpose of the presentation
3. Closure (implications of the experience)

 Workshop
Workshop abstracts must include these sections:
1. Introduction (theoretical framework – overview of the topic)
2. Aim & Method (learning objectives, teaching methods and techniques)
3. Closure (take home messages for participants)
