Red Hawk Fire & Security was named a SAMMY Award finalist in the Newsletter or Content
Marketing category for its quarterly employee newsletter, News Hawk. The company was also

23rdannual SAMMY Awards presented by Security Sales & Integration (SSI) magazine during ISC West
in Las Vegas, NV on April 10, 2018.
The SAMMY Awards is the industry's only program of its kind to recognize and honor security dealers
and systems integrators for their marketing, business, installation and overall excellence. This year, SSI
received more than 130 entries from installing and monitoring security systems contractors from
throughout North America.

appropriate proposals and obtaining a commitment. It also outlines specific NFPA requirements.
The News Hawk newsletter places a strong focus on members of the Red Hawk team recognized by
customer compliments and celebrates client wins along with important company and industry news.
While Red Hawk strives to be paperless, members of the team have expressed an interest in receiving
printed copies of the newsletter to save and share with family. News Hawk is distributed electronically
and posted to the company's internal website. A limited number of printed copies are also sent to Red
