I have a small lending business which started at home wherein my neighbor

used to pawn their cellphones, laptops, LED TVs, refrigerators and anything

that has monetary value. There’s also an instances wherein businessmen

asked for short term loans and pawn their cars, house and lot title to sustain

the needs of their business. Because demands and clients are currently

increasing, I have decided to look for partners/ financiers to meet the needs

of this lending business.

To run this business, I have already secured the necessary permits to operate.

Since I am planning to take business partners, I have already registered this

to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

Each transaction in my lending business has corresponding collateral (house

title or cars), so I can give you the assurance that this is safe and secured

I have studied the process thoroughly so that sooner or later, it will be

available for franchising and my business partners will be my priority on

Once this has been franchised successfully, we will give a free franchise fee

to our business partners who invested at least Php100, 000. This is a dual

business system- you’re earning on interest and at the same time having a

The gained interest in this business is 10 % per month. What I currently need

or what I am currently looking for is an additional capital of Php300, 000 to

Php500, 000. Partners can invest from a minimum of Php30,000. I can give

a monthly interest of 5% to my business partner, with an attached signed

contract and I am willing to issue a PDC to ensure a convenient transaction.

Though my business is officially located in Pampanga, I will make sure that

Even though I am away from Manila, what’s important for a business is the

demand of the clients and when you say it’s a loan services, people will

surely go into it. Distance will not be an issue in this kind of business

because I am more willing to meet clients personally or through other mode

of transactions, we can email contracts, sign and we have LBC or JRS

Express wherein we can send the cheque.

I will also attach a photocopy of my business registration, business permits

and a proof of my identification.

For the mean time, I only need a limited business partners, around 5-10

partners only, and afterwards will stop this business opportunity post. I will

give an update regularly regarding the development of this business.

I am also an inventor or innovator. Just last June 22, I have registered my

innovation of a new product at the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) in

Manila. But for now, I cannot elaborate the details and will share this once

you become my legitimate business partner. My new innovation will surely

profit and sooner or later, it will be available for franchising also. As of now,

I am in the process of doing promotional materials like samples and

brochures so it can be released in the market and be promoted in TV and

radio stations soon.

Aside from these, I am also planning for other businesses and my business

What I need right now is your trust and I will make sure that this is a

legitimate lending business. Other businesses also begin like this but

eventually became successful. It is natural to look for financial partners to

have enough capital and make the business working. What is important is

that you are transparent and sincere in following the contract and returning

the agreed interest and capital on time. And again, I only need limited

business partners to maintain the smooth flow of transaction.

The contract can be renewed, and will remain at 5 % interest, or you may opt

to withdraw your capital upon maturity of your contract. Agreed terms can

be from 2 months up to 5 months.

By signing the contract, we will also include the PDC 's that you can deposit

to your bank account or withdraw it in my bank every due date. (the interest
