I would call the MC and ask for this information.
I would email the LC members in my country and ask for this information.

examples of how other accounting firms have taken interns in their companies? *
I would go to the Partnership menu and enter in the names of other accounting firms I know
to see if they have taken internships and select Accounting as Business type field and search for
accounting.
I would type the names of accounting companies into the main search function in
myaiesec.net to see they have wikis or other content in the system.
All of these answers are correct.
4)Q 1.4: You have just returned from a sales meeting and the company asked you to follow-up
them in 1 month. How do you record the information so you remember to call them on the date
they requested? *
I would write it down and give it to my team leader and ask them to remind me in 1 month.
I would write the date on the wall calendar in my LC.
I would go to the Partnership menu, find my company, and in the correspondance option,
record the follow-up and set a reminder to be emailed to me in 1 month to call the company.

I would open outlook and add up the weeks for the internship.

I explain to them that it will be very challenging to match the form if all fields are required
and I support them in identify which are the critical required fields and which are less critical.
I enter all the fields as required.

your TN has gone on new status you cannot change it to available. What do you need to edit in
the form to change it to available? *

youâ ™re having some challenges in finding suitable candidates. After speaking with the
company you agree to change some required preferences to preferred. What will the status of
your TN be after editing your TN? *
3)Q .1.20: You just finished editing your TN and now it is On Hold status. What do you edit in
the form to make it available again? *
I donâ ™t need to edit anything, I need to go to Review My TN form and change the status
to available manually.
4)Q 1.21: What is the difference between the Edit TN form functions and the Review TN form
functions? *
There is no difference.
Edit TN form allows me to make changes to the TN form and Review TN allows me to
change the status of my forms.
Edit TN form allows me change the organization information of my TN form, and Review
TN form allows me to change the job description.

I search for the contact information of other TN managers around the world and ask them for
this information.
2)Q 2.2 : Your team is currently in the talent planning process and you need to determine how
many of your current members want to go on exchange and if they are planning on doing so in
the next months. Where do you find information on the percentage of members in your LC that
want to go on exchange? *
I go to Profile reporting and I look at the individual profiles of all of my members.
I go to the Statistics and Reporting tab and in the Measurement of Success I look in the
Stage Satisfaction Survey results for my LC.
3)Q 2.3: You are planning for promotion of exchange opportunities to current and potential
members (students in your city). Where can you find examples of EPs from your LC and the
experiences that they had on exchange? *
I would go to the networking tab and search for alumni from my LC and contact them to ask
if they would like to share their experiences.
In the database of my LC I search for case studies of alumni and their experiences.

I would go to XMI Analyzer and in the Exchange Global Analysis tab look in the Available
Internships.
