5 MIN o Can either review Criminal Law (Part 2) or work on their mock trial
o Students need to be working and focused on their task
o Noise level should be kept to a minimum
Lesson Steps (Describe the sequence of the lesson.)
60 MIN - This will be a student work period – it will be student’s responsibility to review
concepts of Criminal Law (Part 2) and ask clarifying questions
