Lead Coaches: Ensure we meet our mission; Meet Monthly with Alison to plan the agendas; Meet Monthly with specific focus
leaders (if needed), Update all coaches on current news, research and best practices, Engage in district wide-initiatives and support;
present new information at the Principal Meeting
Quads: Meet monthly at a specific school site, Lesson studies on various subject matters, support one another at school sites, lead
coach PD and research on quad area of focus
Additional Ideas
Attend Principal meetings periodically to review data and district wide initiatives when pertinent
Grant writing/ Community (College) partnerships and outreaches (Specific to each Quad)
First week of School and Parent teacher conference weeks are reserved for coach training/PD
