1. Delivery Period :
Equipment shall be delivered within 12-14 weeks from the date of receipt of technically and commercially clear Purchase order from
you along with required advance.

2. Terms of Payment :
50% Advance along with order
Balance 50% against Proforma Invoice before dispatch.

3. Installation :
You shall make arrangements for Lodging and Boarding and local transportation for the KKE team coming for installation and
commissioning. Technical charges if not included in the quotation shall be as per the rates mentioned in Standard Terms and

Conditions document applicable at the time of installation.

Civil Construction work, plumbing and electrical supply up to the place of installation and from the control panel to the pumps, have to
be done by you according to the layout drawing supplied by the KKE conforming to the Local registration and environmental
requirements.

Any additional work beyond the scope, undertaken by KKE engineers will be invoiced separately.

4.Training
Free Training will be given to two persons for operation and maintenance of the plant during the period of installation.
You shall ensure that the trainees are competent enough to understand the equipment.

You shall have to make the trainees available from the first day of Installation.

5. Validity: 30 days from the date of quotation
