ASSIGNMENT BRIEF - Introduction

“Mr. Fruit” is the famous fruit production company. They have been introducing new fruit
production to the market. They are planning to introduce a new fruit juice using fresh ap-
ple. The company management has given the project to you as the animator to design a TV
commercial to introduce the new product to the market.
TASK 1

• Create a Linear navigation presentation for the story board (A.C. 1)

TASK 2

• Create the above using a suitable 2D animation softwares

• The above presentation should be present as a web and a video presentation on client’s
request. (A.C. 2,3)
TASK 3
• Create a TV commercial presentation.
• Demonstrate a 3D animation principles (A.C. 4,5)

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
• A working multimedia application done using a softwares of your choice in a suitable
storage media (CD)

• A printed word processed document including the work done in task 1, 2 and 3

ASSIGNMENT CRITERIA
1. Produce sequential paper-based images suitable for planning animation idea.
2. Prepare a narrative for use in production.
3. Develop animation using on screen layering techniques and inclusion in a web applica-
tion.
4. Produce an animation using stop motion techniques and images and video editing soft-
ware.
5. Create a short animated sequence using 3D animation software.
