INTRODUCTION

WARNING: We always try, but don’t always exactly follow this rule. We have been known to
come to FinCEN, well, quite frankly, from the opposing direction, or manner and thought with
regards to this presentment, as is herein presented and/or attached hereto for the reader, who felt it
necessary for their convenience while reading or studying this compilation.

For this reason and to maximize the comprehension and absorption of the reader, it is seen
necessary for, and important to, notify the reader of this at the start. As sometimes is the case with

Wonderful Counsel regarding the weightier matters of God’s Hope, Mercy, Forgiveness, as even
now, is He reaching out to His Children, with His stretched out hand, to support the Good at heart
and their General Welfare, Peace, Safety, Security, Liberty and Happiness! Even now, the writer
reaches out to the General Public At Large, of every City State, without regard to where so ever
they may be situated and/or seated.

It must also be understood that once you know the “TRUTH”, you can never go back, never forget,
never regress, never surrender, indeed, the reader will never see the world, society, religion, church,
or life, for that matter, will never be the same after reading this or after viewing the photographs of
this work. This work, the writer assures all who read, the truth sometimes shakes the very
foundations of life in the world.

Therefore a caveat is given now, the information in the pages to follow will shake man to the core!
It will reach inside you, grab your spine, snap it, and pour out the delusions and the many
powerfully suggested illusions others have created in the minds of humanity, that are not true, and
for which are induced upon mankind through powerful suggestion and hypnotism! The reader will
began to see that there are those in the world, evil and wicked to their core, who are using silent
weapons upon humanity!

They are dark forces, who can take control of people without their knowledge of it and make them
do whatever they want them to, to the extent that the person themselves think they came up with
certain ideas, or to do certain things, but the reality is that they were the ideas, thoughts, and actions
of others, which have been induced upon you, and they are so strong, that people will actually think
that the things they are saying and doing are their ideas and actions, but they are not! They are
wicked Spirit Forces induced upon you.

Hence the famous saying which we all know as Christ, to wit: “Forgive them Father, for they
know not what they do!” There was once a time, that mankind need only be concerned of the
hypnotism and mind control of man, in their abilities. This is no longer the case!

Now there are all kinds and types of Silent Weapons being used on mankind, to sway the thoughts,
belief’s and feelings of masses. These are deeply dark forces, used by deeply dark, cold and
inherently evil people, who laugh and get some twisted sense of ecstasy from destroying people
lives. With their whole arsenal of silent mind control weapons, they can literally control the
thoughts of the masses and make no mistake misunderstanding this fact, They DO! I will explain
but just a few of these weapons and then show you their dark outcome and resultant destruction.

These weapons give the ones using them, a terrifying ability to cause the human body to go from
one extreme to the other. They can make a high strung, or hyper person become groggy, sleepy, or
out-right put one to sleep, either temporarily, or permanently! Depending on rather they are using
devices, or liquid poisons.

All liquid poisons are considered so severely mind altering and dangerous, that they are “ALL”
considered “Weapons of Mass Destruction!” Also known as “WMD’s” These are of the worse
kind, without question! All liquid poisons of a pharmaceutical or military grade, regardless of type,
are all considered poison liquids, rather sold as vaccinations, medicines, or illicit drugs, they are
considered Weapons of Mass Destruction or (W.M.D.’s).

The use of Chemical Poisonous liquids and asphyxiating gases, are so mentally, physically and
tortuously harmful to a human body, that their use has been expressly prohibited, by ever civilized
nation in the world! Mostly, this has been done through international Treaties and therefore, in
most cases it is these treaty obligations, which Nations have agreed to certain terms or penalties,
making them liable for, bound to, restricted by and under the penalties agreed to in such treaties
should they violate such agreements! Said prohibitions under International Treaty Obligations and
well established International Laws applying to the same, are applicable in the United States, which
can be studied into more deeply by going to the websites provided for your convenience at the back
of this presentment.

The “THREE CHIMICAL COCKTAIL” that was in a “Glass Vile” (WMD-Delivery Device) and
the Poison in it, was in it’s “Pure Liquid Form” that was found on our private property, inside a six

- seven foot tall wood fenced area, about 10 - 15 feet away from our back door. We had fallen ill
and on June 26, 2009, which was coincidently also the birthday for the United Nations
Organization (U.N.) – established- June 26, 1945 & effective – October 24, 1945, with the aim- to

run!

If they fail to offer a name, saying, because he has been given many names! Know this about many
other names, none of them are mine, but are names made up by those whom I Am unawares and I
know them not!

The pronunciation of, ‫ אהיה אשראהיה‬which means, I AM THAT I AM, and is one of the
pentateuchal names of God. It is related in the third chapter of Exodus, that when God appeared to
Moses in the burning bush, and directed him to go to Pharaoh and to the children of Israel in Egypt,
Moses required that, as preliminary to his mission, he should be instructed in the name of God, so
that, when he was asked by the Israelites, he might be able to prove his mission by announcing what
the name was; and God said to him, ‫( אהיה‬Eheyeh)!

I am what I am; and he directed him to say, "I am hath sent you."

Eheyeh asher eheyeh is, therefore the name of God, in which Moses was instructed at the burning
bush.
Maimonides thinks that the Lord ordered Moses to tell the people that ‫( אהיה‬Eheyeh) sent him, he
did not mean that he should only mention his name; for if they were already acquainted with it, he

told them nothing new, and if they were not, it is not likely that they would be satisfied by saying
such a name sent me, for the proof would still be wanting that this really was the name of God;
therefore, he not only told them the name, but also taught them its signification.

In those times, Sabaism being the predominant religion, almost all men were idolators, and
occupied themselves in the contemplation of the heavens and the sun and the stars, without any idea
of a personal God in the world.

Now, the Lord, to deliver his people from such an error, said to Moses, "Go and tell them I AM
THAT I AM hath sent me unto you," which name ‫( אהיה‬Eheyeh), signifying Being, is derived
from ‫( היה‬heyeh), the verb of existence, and which, being repeated so that the second is the
predicate of the first, contains the mystery.

my distributing it to them, and might not have been, nor could actually be such without it."

The ‫ א‬is the Hebrew numerically equivalent to 1, and ‫ י‬to 10, which is equal to 11; a result also
obtained by taking the second and third letters of the holy name, or‫ ה‬and ‫ ר‬which are 5 and 6,
amounting to 11.

Also, the 5 and 6, in Hebrew the‫ ה‬and ‫ ר‬was to denote the unchangeableness of the First Cause.

So that‫אהיה‬ denotes the Divine Being Himself, by which he taught Moses not only the name, but
the infallible demonstration of the Fountain of Existence, as the name itself denotes. The
Kabbalists say that Eheyeh is the crown or highest of the Sephiroth, and that it is the name that was
hidden in the most secret place of the tabernacle.

He who has sent me says, I AM THAT I AM! ‫אהיה אשר אהיה‬

Now we move on to describe the number Eight!

Eight. Among the Pythagoreans the number eight was esteemed as the first cube, being formed by
the continued multiplication of 2 x 2 x 2, and signified friendship, prudence, counsel and justice;

After WWII, the Belford Treaty was signed, which was the beginning for one of the largest human
transports in History, and the Germans who Hitler had moved into “Occupied Areas” of
Prussia/Poland had to leave Poland after the War.

This was the start date whereby Millions of Germans were murdered, after the close of WWII, and
were murdered by Russians, who were used to turn the lands, homes, businesses, etc., back over to
Poland, even though all the original owners were murdered by the German NAZI Regime, and
therefore could not possibly receive back what was stolen from them.

It would be most interesting to know, who actually did receive those properties, businesses, monies,
positions, or rights to the same, enlarging their estates from the millions of poles who were brutally
murdered, when the Germans took position of their establishments, whom were thereafter, also
brutally murdered by the Russians under the Belford Treaty.

Over a million Germans were brutally murdered and tortured, as a result of the world’s false
perception the world had on Germany, as a result of the Church and its antichrist International

Prescott Sheldon Bush (May 15, 1895 – October 8, 1972) was a Wall Street executive
banker and a United States Senator, representing Connecticut from 1952 until January 1963.
He was the father of George H. W. Bush (41st President of the United States) and the
grandfather of George W. Bush (43rd President of the United States) and Jeb Bush (43rd
Governor of Florida).

Early life
Bush was born in Columbus, Ohio, to Samuel Prescott Bush and Flora Sheldon Bush.
Samuel Bush was a railroad executive, then a steel company president, and, during World
War I, also a federal government official in charge of coordination and assistance to major
weapons contractors.

Bush attended St. George's School in Newport, Rhode Island, from 1908 to 1913. In 1913,

he enrolled at Yale University, where his grandfather James Smith Bush, class of 1844, and
his uncle Robert E. Sheldon Jr., class of 1904, had matriculated. Three subsequent
generations of the Bush family have been Yale alumni. Prescott Bush was admitted to the
Zeta Psi fraternity and Skull and Bones secret society. George H. W. Bush and George W.
Bush are also members of that society.
Prescott Bush was a cheerleader,[1] played varsity golf, football, and baseball, and was
president of the Yale Glee Club.

Military service
After graduation, Bush served as a field artillery captain with the American xpeditionary
Forces (1917–1919) during World War I. He received intelligence training at Verdun,
France, and was briefly assigned to a staff of French officers. Alternating between
intelligence and artillery, Bush came under fire in the Meuse-Argonne offensive.

Corporation, an investment bank that operated as a clearing house for many assets and
enterprises held by German steel magnate Fritz Thyssen.[3][4] In July 1942 the bank was

investigation disproved those allegations, but confirmed the Thyssens' control, and in

The truth is WARS are won today, without one bullet ever being fired by either side! It takes spies,

battle, for both the offensive and defensive side of the conflict. PSYOPS is battle is a game
changer. It is with the PSYOPS Commander and his ability to influence the minds of both his own
men and his enemy’s also and with that wars are won and wars are lost. For if the PSYOPS
commander can make men believe that they can win with the amount of forces backing him he goes
in with confidence, and that belief and that confidence lacking fear, wins in fact. However, if he
believes his enemy will kill him because he has no mass force to back him, then as a direct result of
that fear alone, he will never even go in, but rather laydown in surrender for fear of immanent
death, he will fight to survive in lieu of survive because he did not fight.

Therefore the reality of the PSYOPS commander becomes the reality in the field of battle and an
entire army will be only as strong or as weak as their commander in PSYOPS. Entire battles have
been won because the defending commander believed his army was outnumbered and so he failed
to “SEE” that the enemy army was only five minutes prior passing the command to fall back and
reorganize for battle on another day or another front, etc., due to inability to cross ditches or walls
and knew they neither had the equipment, nor ways or means to get any closer to the defending
forces and for fear of necessary planning of such would cause unwarranted and unnecessary losses
of his forces. So, if the commander was watching and in control, he would have known to stand
firm and in five minutes the command to fall back would have reached his enemies front line and
the end result would have been victory over surrender. But because he surrendered, the attacking
forces never took the loss of merely one soldier as the need to cross the ditch or wall was no longer
necessary, when the defending forces, laid down their arms and willfully crossed the ditch in
surrender.

A good example in military history is the battle of David and the giant named Goliath. Remember
little David believed he could kill the giant and in confidence he did, but the whole remaining
forces of Israel delayed for days even the mere attempt in advancing. One look at Goliath and
confidence was lost and the longer they waited and were allowed to speak of their fear, the more
their confidence left them. This was a PSYOPS battle plan Israel’s enemy used on the Kingdom of
Israel. It was brilliant and worked because Israel’s army saw the giant and were paralyzed in fear
and disbelief. So, belief is paramount to any victory, in any army in any battle, and without belief,
there is no confidence and when there is no confidence, the battle is over before it could ever begin!

Therefore a Nation’s PSYOPS commander in his Area or Region of authority, as a matter of

strategic necessity, and mandatory in the PSYOPS commander’s responsibility, as it is mandatory
for him to maintain the primary objectives of the National PSYOPS plan, while in his own area or
region may not necessarily be able to be exactly the same, he must always keep and hold to certain
objectives and remain in compliance with the Primary National PSYOPS Plans or primary
Objectives.

It is therefore equally true as it is obvious that the, very thoughts of the Military as it is true that
these commanders are expected to maintain the very thought process of the civilian population, to
such an extent is this truth, that it can be stated with reasonable certainty that both sides can only be
as happy or as mad or as sad as the environment which he is reacting to. So if a civilian is mad, it is
because the Area or Regional PSYOPS commander wanted him mad, or the matter would have
acted upon to produce the projection of something being wrong within the civilians environment,
which he would only correct in a state of madness. Furthermore, to obtain such a degree of control
over a civilian populations reality, the PSYOPS commander sometimes helps the civilian
population to see future devastation with the obvious direction they are headed in and while the
PSYOPS commander can’t necessarily fix everything for everybody, it is said he can certainly
nudge them in the right direction and can certainly influence the ways and means of making certain
corrections for the civilian population, by and through the same without them ever even realizing
that their futures were influenced or corrected for them to prevent certain imminent death, had they
not been influenced to correct what in reality they still could not see the obvious reality they were
facing. In other words, just because a man does not know, nor understand that pulling the pin on a
grenade only to then put it into his pocket does not change the fact that the grenade is going to blow
him up and kill him with the same degree of certainty of the PSYOPS commanders understanding
of this factual reality.

So, every emotion must be controlled by the PSYOPS commander, even down to what information
is and is not available in certain civilian populations and it is primarily for their own good and their
own protection. So, in order for an Area or Regional commander to actually exercise full control, he
must first obtain and gain control over what is introduced to them in each area or regional under his
authority. He must control Radio Communications, Picture Movie Theaters, Television, news
broadcasting, News Paper Companies, etc., in short ALL forms of Entertainment and the flow of
Information and Education, within his Theater of command.

By now the student should be recognizing how important the PSYOPS commander is and how
important it is for the high Command to maintain calmness most of the time in his projections, only
projecting the necessary chaos which is necessary to maintain civil order, and never the other way
around. This is because of one certain reality in PSYOPS used to overthrow the enemy, which is to
inject chaos, fear, doubt, disbelief, loss of faith, loss of will soon comes thereafter and the obvious
recognized eventual reality being dysfunctional and making the civilian population lose faith in
their current system or governing authority, to the point they themselves remove the enemies
command and assumption of that high command authority is all that is necessary, because the
masses follow and are happy with following and being herded and their realities dictated, they don’t
want the responsibility or burden associated with the risk of failure, so they never lead for fear of
reprisal should they fail.

A true leader does not even consider the possibility or risk associated with failure. Therefore only
project belief, confidence, which is the only difference between his success and the masses failure.
Failure is not an option, even if the original plan gets scraped and another used to complete the task
of the operation, it remains successful, because of the leader never seeing himself defeated, he
continues to be successful, and is on every front.

posses and project confidence and belief over any weapon within the combatants arsenals and is
more imperative to the outcome of any battle in the missions success, even more so than the
equipment itself.

Rather the losses of Battle are actually sustainable is also one of the single most mandatory matters
of PSOPS. SO if Belief projects confidence, then faith projects the PSYOPS reality. PSYOPS must
be centered around the issue of economics as PSYOPS commanders, being the area commander in
charge of every facet of the thoughts, actions, or more appropriately stated here as “Reaction” to
their reality be catastrophic losses of personnel or economic, rather in open combat or in civilian
affairs, due to loss of equipment and the cost of the battle or the ability to finance, can also win or
lose, becoming the deciding factor, again in many cases the deciding single factor in a successful
campaign. It is true that the loss of either can cause the tide to turn in the whole conflict, and again
has the deciding factor ability to end the battle before it ever starts in many cases as military history
clearly points out. Therefore, economics pays a leading role in all PSYOPS planning. So
important is it to either have the economic ability to win, or in the alternative, the access to credit or
another’s purse who is willing to take the liability associated with the loss, yet willing to finance
your campaign, that the lack of the combatant to finance his campaign, or the lack of another’s
credit in financing it, is the most leading deciding factor in who will be the victor throughout
history, which built and enriched empires or became its single mitigating factor which decided
beforehand and caused the same to fall, regardless of the dedication or number of men in the fight.

Again, we see it is PSYOPS as a mitigating factor, which either projects the belief and therefore the
necessary confidence necessary for victory as it is equally necessary and imperative to ones ability
to project it upon others. Therefore a well trained PSYOPS commander, again here as in examples
previously shown, to maintain his ability under all circumstances to posses the ability and power of
persuasion of the masses to be equally successful in both his abilities, to give it and to take it away,
more especially, in those matters and arenas strictly relating to economic conquest.

It has also been shown, not only necessary and imperative to project doubt and fear into the enemy
and remove the enemy forces confidence as it is mandatory to keep and maintain belief and
confidence in ones own forces, rank and files. Nevertheless, In every strategy or battle plan and in
more cases than not, a good PSYOPS Commander can and will make or break his nation and its
forces every battle.

With that having been said, it is an enemies PSYOPS Commanders which should become the
primary mark or target, as in many cases, victory over the PSYOPS commander, is also complete
and total victory in the war, battle. or conflict. This is the method of remove the head and the sheep
scatter for loss of direction and want in retreating due to their fear and lack of direction.

Many governments or nations have been captured through PSYOPS at the higher ranking levels and
due to military structure and chin of command or authority, simply the ability to project their defeat
is all that is necessary, for no general ever surrenders and yet his army continues fighting on.

actually necessary for victory. We will therefore call this the separation of head and body theory.

The “Separation of Head from Body Theory” is one which shall be made PSYOPS Policy and its
procedures, methods, ways and detailed means of engagement carefully itemized into a perfected,
tested, studied, perfected again, retested, and the detailed functions and proper steps in this theories
rules of engagement (as a perfected science) shall be categorized into necessary numbered and
lettered simplified steps for teaching (again, as a fine tuned science and continuing education as the
sciences are continually perfected) taught to all potential candidates as potential hypotheses, which

This Chapter explains the Numbering of Man!

Where it started? What God thinks about it?
Where we are in the great Historical Timetable of
Life, as it regards the Mark, or the Number of its
Name, 666! More importantly, we will discus
exactly how, if at all, that number applies to us!
“ OR DOES IT”?

Growing up, I never had a clue about Government or Politics. When somebody said to me,
what are you doing this weekend? I replied, Just riding, or Just racing, and then name the track and
where it was that the motocross races were held at on that weekend, then naming what county, what
city, etc. Then when I was asked, what do you want to do or what do you want to be when you
grow up? It really didn’t matter which question I was asked, because my answer was always the
same! To wit: “I want to race motocross!”

Everyday I went to school because I had to, and I worked with my dad, who was a carpenter /
builder, so that is what I usually did and knew how to do to save for my first automobile, etc., but
what I wanted to do, was race. I was already sponsored by Honda, before I reached the 5 th Grade!
Besides that, if I was not in school, doing chores, studying, or doing my homework, then I was
riding everyday! I loved riding every second and racing the local circuit every single weekend.
That is what I have done from two years old, literally in diapers, and I love riding and I love racing

I AM not a Democrat, nor a Republican! I grew up a Common Country Boy, born in Texas, who
rode a mini-bike when I was about 2 years old, yet in a diaper, and so small I could not reach the
breaks! But my family either; 1) loved me; or 2) loved laughing at me when I crashed!

We will assume it was the former and not the later, seeing how my uncle and my dad would take
me out in the school field behind our house and help me ride it. I knew when to let off on the
throttle, so that I slowed down enough and soon enough, for my uncle or dad to stop me and turn
me around, holding me up until the mini-bike balanced on its own, from me moving forward again.

As one could imagine there was a few times that I didn’t turn down the throttle from a certain

speed, but in time I learned a lesson after hitting either the fence, the ditch or the wall. I learned
quickly, that in their own ways, they all hurt equally as bad. So one thing I knew from an early age,
was motorcycles and riding dirt bike’s.

With that being the case, one can only imagine the star gazed look in my eyes, when the lady at the
DMV in Las Vegas, Nevada (were I moved with my dad in 7th grade) when they failed to explain
any thing which justified the purpose or any reason necessary for me! Absent any reasonable
reason why I needed to Register to vote, nor seeing any use or reason for me that would be more
understandable, for me, that justified any differences in my own mind of what it would change or
how it would serve me, who knew absolutely nothing about government, other than the people
working for the government worked in Washington D.C.

Therefore, having absolutely nothing to do with government, nor had I studied it at that time, I
could not see any purpose whatsoever, for me to make that choice, which I knew nothing about, not
Republican, nor Democratic. I didn’t even know what a Republican Was, or what a Democrat was.
All I knew, is that I grew up saying the pledge, every morning, which said I pledge allegiance to the
flag, of the united States of America, and to the Republic, for which it stands, etc.,... from a little 1st
grader. I knew I didn’t understand the Drivers License issue either, but I was told that that just
shows you are responsible and know how to drive. I responded by saying: well whose asking, if I
know how or not? The lady smiled and responded: “Well, Nobody is asking how your driving now,
but if you ever get pulled over by the police or something, then they will know that you know how
to drive, when you show him your license.”

Then I started thinking, well if a Drivers License says I am responsible and that I know how to
Drive, why would the police of all people want to see my license? After all, I got that far through
life without voting, so what would change? The lady could not tell me any purpose that would
cause me to see why; 1) I had to do it because of this or that law, 2) I should choose one or the
other, because it would help me to accomplish something, I otherwise would not be able to do, or 3)
explain why I should pick one party over the other, because that party does some thing or another
for feeding the hungry, housing the homeless, visiting those in prison, helping the widow or the
orphan, etc. but to pick one now, then stick with that choice for the rest of my life, when I don’t
know anything whatsoever about either party, so I can vote. Vote for who, who knows, whoever is
running for president, sponsored by the party I chose, knowing nothing of either one... What if I
didn’t like that person in that party? We are strongly encouraged to vote for whoever happens to be
running and sponsored by that party I chose in ignorance, still not even legally old enough to drink
a beer? So I decided not to register at the time, because I needed a purpose I could understand and
thus far, the lady had failed to help me understand the purpose for registering to vote, but said if I
do, I must vote each year. To me, that only added to my responsibilities, and what if I didn’t vote
one year, would I get in trouble? I didn’t know! So her having failed to explain the difference
between the two, having failed to explain why I can vote, or why I should vote, but saying it is
strongly suggested to pick one and stick with it, but I have to choose now? This obviously even
when completely ignorant about the subject matter, to ask if I can register latter, because I don’t
know enough about either party to make a choice now, that I am stuck with the rest of my life! So
looking back on it now, I think to myself, how many have been elected, because ignorant people
were pressured into making a life long choice they knew nothing about? I also wonder how
rechless and dangerous that can be, in consideration of a vote so close it is hinging on registered
voters who like sheep only vote in the only way they understand how to, i.e. vote for whoever is

running under the sponsorship of that party I chose before I could even legally drink a beer!
Now back to the SS number, which my own dad, ignorantly placed me in fear of not getting and
ignorantly wrongly influenced me to go voluntarily sign up for, when in reality, he himself didn’t
even know the contractual obligations under the commerce laws, that your hand / your mark / your
signature, evidences your voluntary compliance with, nor the impossibilities everyone obligates
themselves to. Nor did he know he was telling his own son, to go make himself a slave by signing
myself and the Liberty I previously held as a Natural Born Sovereign in America which I may have
previously held! It was never disclosed to me, that signature decides to tell me I HAVE TO
HAVE, because once I turn 18 years old, the law states that unless you voluntarily request an SS
number, or I will not be able to work! Just in case the reader is wondering, yes, my parents are
Christians and no the bible didn’t previously say the mark, or the number of its name, 666 did not
start after I was pushed or heavily influenced to believe I had to have, or else I COULD NOT
WORK, IF ONE CAN”T WORK, the obvious resultant effect is clear to anyone, NO work, no buy,
no Buy, no Sale!

Nobody ever told me that once I chose to voluntarily sign up requesting a SS number, that if I later
figured out why I should not have, to bad, so sad, because I have figured out through months of
trying, but at the end of the day, there is method available to the SS Administration to remove an SS
number from your being, unless you die, because no such method exist, to remove that number
from you once you fill out that SS#5 Form. A Request for SS#5 Form is the single document
which makes one contractually liable for the IRS Tax. In fact, absent that number, the IRS has no
method in which to merely accept a payment from anybody... The IRS can’t accept payment absent
that number because that number is the only method they have to inter any debt or payments into
their computer Systems. , guided me in the right direction when I was signing up so I could
voluntarily get my SS number, before I could work. That is what my dad told me: “You have to go
down to the DMV and get a SS number, because you are 18, a man now, so you have to get a SS
number. That’s the Law!”

I was very confused because I had been working on my dad’s job’s pushing a brume, or wipping
windows, doors, base boards, carry materials from junior high school for a few extra buck on my
weekly alloance, for doing additional chors around the house, or cutting grass, etc. Then when I
was 15 and a 1/2 and had my learners permit/temporary driver license, I was able to work at the
grocery store as a “Bag Boy” which paid more than just my allowance, or that part time pay, plus
my normal allowance. I was happy about it because it got this poor country boy, from the “North
Side” that much closer to my new bike parts or some special expensive tennis shoes I wanted. You
see, if you lived on the “North Side” you were pour, even those who owned the corner-store, they
were pour too. Therefore, both my parents worked, just for our family to survive... That was never
the case until the World Wars. When the Nations were all struggling economically already, here in
America there were soup lines and the people in them for the most part, were in suits. The
Church(s) Banker, de Rothschild and Sons, LLP. That was de child(s)Roth times, as it always is
when de Rothschild families begin to restrict the life blood (Money) from flowing throughout the
body of the Nation(s), even to the point of , well let me explain it like this. You have your life,
your money and your parents bet on a heavyweight fight. The positive thing, you think, is that all
your countrymen are betting on this same heavyweight fighter. Other positive assurance we have is
that we have is our guy has 1) experience and the Wisdom of and aging man, and 2) he is a l;ong
standing title holder; and 3) our Heavy Weight is also currently holding title already, yes he is the
long standing Champion and title holder. Now what is the bad news? The Bad News for the

purposes of this fight, and the problem is that all my brothers and sisters are going to be bankrupt,
so they will not be able to help me if I lose. The next problem is that if the fighter loses, I loose, my
brothers and sisters all lose, and that means non of us can help any of us. So if we lose, we are not
just losing all we ever worked for, but also all our parents have worked their lifetimes to obtain,
which also includes all their parents ever worked for the whole of their lives. So if we lose, there
will be no one to help the hungry, the needy, the homeless, who need a shower, a meal, and a cot,
preferably a dry one. Losing is not an option, because loss, would mean immanent death for us and
our children would be slaves because they, as we would have no other choice but to become slaves
who must borrow making the lender Master of us, just to eat, or they also, as us, will die. So if we
lose not only do we die, from starving and dehydration and our children will work just to eat.
Sincere consideration must be put to this before going all in on this fight, because once your in,
there is no specified path to get your money back if you change your mind once you are already in.
But you must make that decision right now, even though Boxing is not the sport you are into, so
you know nothing about it. By the way, you need to hurry up and decide if your putting your whole
life’s chips in or out, two choices, which one to I take. Everybody else does it, don’t be one of
those weird people, after all there is no conspiracy you know, just make a decision, but whatever
decision your going to make, hurry up and make it, because your holding up the line! and all those
who can before you and worked real hard as welldoing it, because who would want to be the
generation is 1)he has held it for years, and he is getting old and soft and his appoint is a younger
up and coming, but not a new fighter and he is younger, stronger, faster and harder, but most of all,
his dream is to win that title, the single most prestigious honor, this man, now in his prime, can
imagine at best a heavy weight would be hit so hard, that he is dazed and dizzy, trying to stop
spinning, when all the sudden the knock out blow comes and the heavy weight trying to stop the
blury spin he is currently experiencing, doesn’t even have his gaud up to tighten down around the
neck of Nations, and

The Axis

Although Germany's relations with Italy improved with creation of the Rome-Berlin Axis, tensions
remained high because the Nazis wanted Austria to be incorporated into Germany. Italy was
opposed to this, as were France and Britain. In 1938, an Austrian-led Nazi coup took place in
Austria and Germany sent in its troops, annexing the country. Italy and Britain no longer had
common interests and, as Germany had stopped supporting the German speaking population under
Italy's control in South Tyrol, Italy began to gravitate towards Germany.
Munich Agreement

Germany's annexation of the Sudetenland from Czechoslovakia in September 1938 came about
during talks with British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain, in which Hitler, backed by Italian
dictator Benito Mussolini, demanded that the German territories be ceded.

Chamberlain and Hitler came to an agreement when Hitler signed a piece of paper which said that
with the annexation of the Sudetenland, Germany would proceed with no further territorial aims.
Chamberlain took this to be a success in that it avoided a potential war with Germany. However,
the Nazis helped to promote Slovakian dissention and declaring that the country was no more,
seized control of the Czech part.

Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact
For quite some time, Germany had engaged in informal negotiations with Poland regarding the
issue of territorial revision, but after the Munich Agreement and the reacquisition of Memel, the
Nazis became increasingly vocal. Poland refused to allow the annexation of the Free City of
Danzig.

Germany and the Soviet Union began talks over planning an invasion of Poland. In August 1939,
the Molotov Pact was signed and Germany and the Soviet Union agreed to divide Poland along a
mutually agreed set boundary. The invasion was put into effect on 1 September 1939. Last-minute

Polish-German diplomatic proceedings failed, and Germany invaded Poland as scheduled. Germany
alleged that Polish operatives had attacked German positions, but the result was the outbreak of
World War II in Europe, as Allied forces refused to accept Germany's claims on Poland and blamed
Germany for the conflict.

Wartime
From 1939–1940, the so-called "Phoney War" occurred, as German forces made no further
advances but instead, both the Axis and Allies engaged in a propaganda campaign. However
in early 1940, Germany began to concern that the British intended to stop trade between
Sweden and Germany by bringing Norway into an alliance against Germany, with Norway
in Allied hands, the Allies would be dangerously close to German territory.

In response, Germany invaded Denmark and Norway ending the Phoney War (leapfrogging
the British invasion troops bound towards Norway by just 24 hours). After sweeping
through the Low Countries and occupying northern France, Germany allowed French
nationalist and war hero Philippe Petain to form a fascist regime in southern France known
as the "French State" but more commonly referred to as Vichy France named after its
capital in Vichy.
On 23 October 1940 Hitler and Francisco Franco, the dictator of Spain, met in Hendaye to
discuss Spain entering the war. Franco asked too much from Hitler. Even though Spain
would remain neutral during World War II Spain and Nazi Germany would remain allies
during the war. Spain would send volunteer soldiers to fight for Germany but only against
the Soviet Union. Spain was subsequently isolated following the war until re-aligning
towards economic liberalism and a pro-Western foreign policy in the 1950s.[citation needed]

In 1941, Germany's invasion of Yugoslavia resulted in that state's splintering. In spite of

Hitler's earlier view of inferiority of all Slavs, he supported Mussolini's agenda of creating a
fascist puppet state of Croatia, called the Independent State of Croatia. Croatia was led by
the extreme nationalist Ante Pavelić a long-time Croatian exile in Rome, whose Ustashe
movement formed a government in modern-day Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The
Ustashe were allowed to persecute Serbs, while Germany contributed to that goal in the
Territory of the Military Commander in Serbia.

From 1941 to the end of the war, Germany engaged in war with the Soviet Union in its
attempt to create the Nazi colonial goal of Lebensraum for German citizens. The German
occupation authorities set up occupation and colonial authorities called
Reichskommissariats such as Reichskommissariat Ostland and Reichskommissariat
Ukraine. The Slavic populations were to be destroyed along with Jews there to make way
for German colonists.

As the fortunes of war changed, Germany was forced to occupy Italy when Mussolini was
thrown out as Prime Minister by Italy's king in 1943. German forces rescued Mussolini and
instructed him to establish a fascist regime in Italy called the Italian Social Republic. This
was the last major foreign policy delivered. The remainder of the war saw the decline of
German power and desperate attempts by Nazi officials such as Heinrich Himmler to
negotiate a peace with the western Allies against the wishes of Hitler.

Wehrmacht
The military of the Third Reich – the Wehrmacht – was the name of the unified armed forces of
Germany from 1935–1945 with Heer (army), Kriegsmarine (navy), Luftwaffe (air force) and a
military organization Waffen-SS (military branch of the SS, which was, de facto, a fourth branch of
the Wehrmacht).[83] Which we now have again today under the name of Homeland Security, right
here in America, placed in power over all branches of government for the first time in the united
States History, and Agencies or divisions had to make their top Secret Intelligence under the
George W. Bush Administration, after that 9-11-2001 Terrorist Plot by the Alkida Terrorist
Organization!

That simply isn’t true! But for arguments sake, lets say we did for one moment, but even if it were,
George W. Bush, just as his father George H. W. Bush, George W. Bush 10 years later on a 911
Ten Year Anniversary Special. In that special he is describing the ride from where they were to an
approved Base for the President can go to if the Nation is under attack. Bush goes to explain how
the young soldier driving the car he was in and they were going what felt like around 100 MPH,
then say’s I had to tell that boy slow this thing down a little bit, Alkida isn’t here! So He is now 10
years after the War Game on 911, that tragic day, in 2001, for America, for all her leaders whom
spoke on the matter, are on record for not even staying at the base in the underground bunker but

Then was back in Washington, at the white house, acting brave, saying he was not going to give the

knowledge and there is no such thing as a coincidence and the fact that there were no jet fighters
even dispatched over 12 minutes after the first plane. When normally one can be dispatched, and
present to cover the Pentagon or otherwise, with in 3 minutes max, going about a mile every 3
seconds, but the same day you are running an active War Game, that literally involves how America
might handle a terrorist Attack if the Terrorist hi-jacked commercial airplanes and used them as
missiles into our public, government structures or buildings, bases, pentagon, white house, military
bases, etc.,

The German Army furthered concepts pioneered during World War I, combining Ground and Air
Force assets into combined arms teams. Coupled with traditional war fighting methods such as
encirclements and the "battle of annihilation", the German military managed many lightning quick
victories in the first year of World War II, prompting foreign journalists to create a new word for
what they witnessed: Blitzkrieg. The total number of soldiers who served in the Wehrmacht during
its existence from 1935–1945 is believed to approach 18.2 million. Officially, roughly 5.3 million
German soldiers died in the course of the war.[84]

The SA and SS
To secure their ability to create a totalitarian state, the Nazi party's paramilitary force, the
Sturmabteilung (SA) or "Storm Detachment" used acts of violence against leftists, communists,
democrats, Jews and other opposition or minority groups. The SA "storm troopers" violently
clashed with the Communist Party of Germany (German Kommunistische Partei Deutschlands –
KPD) which created a climate of lawlessness and fear. In the cities, people were anxious over
punishment or even death, if they displayed opposition to the Nazis. Given the frustrations of the
people (after World War I and during the Great Depression) it was easy for the SA to attract large
numbers of alienated (and unemployed) youth and working class people for the party.

Reich economics
When the Nazis assumed German government, their most pressing economic matter was a national
unemployment rate of approximately 30 per cent;[85] at the start, Third Reich economic policies
were the brainchildren of the economist Dr. Hjalmar Schacht, President of the Reichsbank (1933)
and Minister of Economics (1934), who helped Reichskanzler Adolf Hitler implement Nazi
redevelopment, reindustrialization, and rearmament of Germany; formerly, he had been Weimar
Republic currency commissioner and Reichsbank president. [85]

As Economics Minister, Schacht was one of few ministers who took advantage of the
administrative freedom allowed by the removal of the Reichsmark from the gold standard—to
maintain low interest rates, and high government deficits; the extensive national public works such
as the Autobahns, reducing the unemployment, were deficit-funded policy.[85] The consequence of
Economics Minister Schacht’s administration was the extremely rapid unemployment-rate decline,
the greatest of any country during the Great Depression[85]. Eventually, this Keynesian economic
policy was supplemented by the increased production demands of warfare, inflating military
budgets, and increasing government spending; the Reichswehr (100,000 in the army) expanded to
millions, and was renamed Wehrmacht in 1935.[85][86]

While the strict state intervention into the economy, and the massive rearmament policy, almost led
to full employment during the 1930s (statistics didn't include non-citizens or women), real wages in
Germany dropped by roughly 25% between 1933 and 1938.[85] Trade unions were abolished, as
well as collective bargaining and the right to strike.[85] The right to quit also disappeared: Labour
books were introduced in 1935, and required the consent of the previous employer in order to be
hired for another job.[85]

Nazi control of business retained a diminished investment profit-incentive, controlled with

economic regulation concording a company’s functioning with the Reich’s national production
requirements. Government financing eventually dominated private investment; in the 1933–34
biennium, the proportion of private securities issued diminished from more than 50 per cent of the
total, to approximately 10 per cent in the 1935–38 quadrennium.

Heavy profit taxes limited self-financing companies, and the largest companies (usually
government contractors) mostly were exempted from paying taxes on profits—in practice. Peter
Temin writes that government control allowed “only the shell of private ownership” in the Third
Reich economy.[87]

By contrast, Christoph Buchheim and Jonas Scherner counter that despite state control, business
had much production and investment planning freedom — while the economy was still to a larger
degree politically controlled it "does not necessarily mean that private property of enterprises was
not of any significance [...] For despite extensive regulatory activity by an interventionist public
administration, firms preserved a good deal of their autonomy even under the Nazi regime".[88]

In 1937, Hermann Göring replaced Schacht as Minister of Economics, and introduced the Four
Year Plan that would establish German self-sufficiency for war—within four years—by curtailing
foreign importations; fixing wages and prices (violators merited concentration-camp internment);
stock dividends were restricted to six per cent on book capital, et cetera.

Strategic goals were to be achieved regardless of cost (as in Soviet economics): thus the rapid
construction of synthetic-rubber factories, steel mills, automatic textile mills, et cetera. [85] The
Four-Year Plan is discussed in the German-expansion Hossbach Memorandum (5 November 1937)
meeting-summary of Hitler and his military and foreign policy leaders planning aggressive war.
Nevertheless, when Nazi Germany started World War II, in September 1939, the Four Year Plan’s
expiry was not until 1940; to control the Reich economy, Economics Minister Göring had
established the Office of the Four Year Plan.

Religions

The German census of May 1939 indicates that 54 percent of Germans considered themselves
Protestant and 40 percent considered themselves Catholic, with only 3.5 percent claiming to be neo-
pagan "believers in God," and 1.5 percent unbelievers. This census came more than six years into
the Nazi era.[101]

Education

Education under the Nazi regime focused on racial biology, population policy, culture, geography
and especially physical fitness.[102] Military education (Wehrerziehung) became the central
component of physical education in order to prepare the Germans mentally, spiritually and
physically for warfare.[103] science textbooks presented natural selection in terms meant to
underline the concept of racial purity.[104]

Anti-Semitic policy led to the expulsion in 1933 all of Jewish teachers, professors and officials

from the education system. Likewise, politically undesirable teachers, such as socialists, were
expelled as part of the “Law for the Restoration of the Civil Service” (Gesetz zur Wiederherstellung
des Berufbeamtentums).

Most teachers were required to belong to the National Socialist Teachers' Association
(Nationalsozialistischer Lehrerbund , NSLB).[105] All university professors were required to be a
member in good standing of the National Socialist Association of University Lecturers.[106]

The teaching methods promoted under National Socialism were experiential and active in their
orientation. This was largely an extension of the anti-intellectual attitude of the Nazi leadership,
however, and not primarily an attempt to experiment with new didactic methods. As Henrich
Hansen, the head of the NS-Teachers' Association, put it:

"The youth of Germany will no longer be 'objectively' posed with the choice between
an upbringing that is materialistic or idealistic, ethnic [Völkish] or international,
religious or godless, rather it will be consciously formed according to principles that
have shown themselves to be true: the principles of the national socialist
worldview.[107]

In seeking a way to make education less abstract, less intellectual and less distant from children,
educators called for a much-expanded role for film. Reichsfilmintendant and Head of the Film
Section in the Propaganda Ministry Fritz Hippler wrote that film affects people “primarily on the
optical and emotional, that is to say, non-intellectual” level.[108] Film also appealed to the Nazi
leadership as a medium through which they could speak directly to children. Dr. Bernhard Rust saw
film as an essential tool, saying "The National Socialist State definitely and deliberately makes the
film the transmitter of its ideology."[109]

Cancer,[110][111] Nazi Germany had arguably the most powerful anti-tobacco movement in the
world. Anti-tobacco research received a strong backing from the government, and German
scientists proved that cigarette smoke could cause cancer.
German pioneering research on experimental epidemiology led to the 1939 paper by Franz H.
Müller, and the 1943 paper by Eberhard Schairer and Erich Schöniger which convincingly
demonstrated that tobacco smoking was a main culprit in lung cancer. The government urged
German doctors to counsel patients against tobacco use. German research on the dangers of tobacco
was silenced after the war, and the dangers of tobacco had to be rediscovered by American and
English scientists in the early 1950s, with a medical consensus arising in the early 1960s.

German scientists also proved that asbestos was a health hazard, and in 1943—as the first nation in
the world to offer such a benefit—Germany recognized the diseases caused by asbestos, e.g., lung
cancer, as occupational illnesses eligible for compensation. The German asbestos-cancer research
was later used by American lawyers doing battle against the Johns-Manville Corporation.

As part of the general public-health campaign in Nazi Germany, water supplies were cleaned up,
lead and mercury were removed from consumer products, and women were urged to undergo
regular screenings for breast cancer.[111][112]

The Nazi health care system also held as a central idea the concept of Eugenics. Certain people
were deemed 'genetically inferior' and were targeted for elimination from the gene pool through
sterilization (Hereditary Health Courts) or wholesale murder (Action T4). Medical information
professionals used new processes and technology, like punch card systems, and cost analysis, to aid
in the process and calculate the 'benefit' to society of these killings.[113]

Recent research by academics such as Götz Aly has emphasized the role of the extensive Nazi
social welfare programs that focused on providing employment for German citizens and insuring a
minimal living standard for German citizens. Heavily focused on was the idea of a national German
community or Volksgemeinschaft.[114]

To aid the fostering of a feeling of community, the German people's labour and entertainment
experiences—from festivals, to vacation trips and traveling cinemas—were all made a part of the
"Strength Through Joy" (Kraft durch Freude, KdF) program. Also crucial to the building of loyalty
and comradeship was the implementation of the National Labour Service and the Hitler Youth
Organization, with compulsory membership.

In addition to this, a number of architectural projects were undertaken. KdF created the KdF-wagen,
later known as the Volkswagen ("People's Car"), which was designed to be an automobile that every
German citizen would be able to afford. With the outbreak of World War II the car was converted
into a military vehicle and civilian production was stopped. Another national project undertaken
was the construction of the Autobahn, which made it the first freeway system in the world.

The Winter Relief campaigns not only collected charity for the unfortunate, but acted as a ritual to
generate public feeling.[115] As part of the centralization of Nazi Germany, posters urged people to
donate rather than to give directly to beggars.[116]

Senator Alben W. Barkley, a member of the US Congressional Nazi crimes committee visiting
Buchenwald concentration camp shortly after its liberation from the very earliest speeches and
writings of Hitler, it was clear that the Jewish community in Germany were an object of
hatred.[118]

Nazi ideology laid down strict rules about who was or was not of pure "Aryan" blood, actions were
set into motion to purify the Aryan race—which was said to be identical with the Nordic race,
followed by lesser sub-races of the Aryan race to represent an ideal and pure—master race. On 1
April 1933, Hitler declared a national boycott of Jewish places of business.[119] Many Jewish
families prepared to leave, but many others hoped that as they were German citizens, their
livelihoods and property would be safe.

In 1935 the Nuremberg Laws were enacted, depriving Jews of their German citizenship. Marriage
between Jews and Aryans was forbidden. Further rights were lost over the next few years. Jews
were excluded from many professions and from shopping at many stores. Many towns posted signs
forbidding the entry of Jews.[120]

In November 1938, a young Jewish male in Paris requested an interview with the German
ambassador and was shown in to a meeting with a legation secretary, whom he shot in protest
against the treatment meted out to his family in Germany. By coincidence, both men were from
Frankfurt and knew each other slightly. The attempt was used by the Nazi Party to stir up hatred
against the Jewish communities in Germany.

The SA was given the task of attacking synagogues and Jewish property throughout Germany.
During Kristallnacht, the Night of Broken Glass,[121] at least ninety-one German Jews were killed
and Jewish property throughout was destroyed. This phase of exclusion made it very clear that the
Jews in Germany were to be targeted in the future. To further illustrate, the Jewish communities
were fined one billion marks and told that they would not receive compensation for their losses.

The effects of Nazi social policy in Germany was divided between those considered to be "Aryan"
and those considered "non-Aryan", Jewish, or part of other minority groups. For "Aryan" Germans,
a number of social policies put through by the regime to benefit them were advanced for the time,
including state opposition to the use of tobacco, an end to official stigmatization toward Aryan
children who were born from parents outside of marriage, as well as giving financial assistance to
Aryan German families who bore children.[122]

The Nazi Party pursued its racial and social policies through persecution and killing of those
considered social undesirables or "enemies of the Reich". Especially targeted were minority groups
such as Jews, Romani (also known as Gypsies), Jehovah's Witnesses,[123] people with mental or
physical disabilities and homosexuals.
In the 1930s, plans to isolate and eventually eliminate Jews completely in Germany began with the
construction of ghettos, concentration camps, and labour camps which began with the 1933
construction of the Dachau concentration camp, which Heinrich Himmler officially described as
"the first concentration camp for political prisoners."[124]

In the years following the Nazi rise to power, many Jews were encouraged to leave the country and
did so. By the time the Nuremberg Laws were passed in 1935, Jews were stripped of their German
citizenship and denied government employment. Most Jews employed by Germans lost their jobs at
this time, which were being taken by unemployed Germans.

Notably, the government attempted to send 17,000 German Jews of Polish descent back to Poland,
a decision which led to the assassination of Ernst vom Rath by Herschel Grynszpan, a German Jew
living in France. This provided the pretext for a pogrom the Nazi Party incited against the Jews on 9
November 1938, which specifically targeted Jewish businesses.

The event was called Kristallnacht (Night of Broken Glass, literally "Crystal Night"); the
euphemism was used because the numerous broken windows made the streets look as if covered
with crystals. By September 1939, more than 200,000 Jews had left Germany, with the government
seizing any property they left behind.

The Nazis also undertook programs targeting "weak" or "unfit" people, such as the T-4 Euthanasia
Program, killing tens of thousands of disabled and sick Germans in an effort to "maintain the purity
of the German Master race" (German: Herrenvolk) as described by Nazi propagandists. The
techniques of mass killing developed in these efforts would later be used in the Holocaust. Under a
law passed in 1933, the Nazi regime carried out the compulsory sterilization of over 400,000
individuals labeled as having hereditary defects, ranging from mental illness to alcoholism.

Another component of the Nazi programme of creating racial purity was the Lebensborn, or
"Fountain of Life" programme founded in 1935. The programme was aimed at encouraging German
soldiers—mainly SS—to reproduce. This included offering SS families support services (including

the adoption of racially pure children into suitable SS families) and accommodating racially
valuable women, pregnant with mainly SS men's children, in care homes in Germany and
throughout Occupied Europe. Lebensborn also expanded to encompass the placing of racially pure
children forcibly seized from occupied countries—such as Poland—with German families. [citation
needed]

In 1941 it was decided to destroy the Polish nation completely and the German leadership decided
that in 10 to 20 years the Polish state under German occupation was to be fully cleared of any
ethnic Poles and settled by German colonists.[125] The Nazis considered Jews, Romani people,
Poles along with other Slavic people like the Russians, Ukrainians, Czechs and anyone else who
was not an "Aryan" according to the contemporary Nazi race terminology to be Untermenschen
("subhumans").

The Nazis rationalized that the (Aryan) Germans had a biological right to displace, eliminate and
enslave inferiors.[126][127] After the war, under the "Big Plan", Generalplan Ost foresaw the
deportation of 45 million non-Germanizable people from Eastern Europe to West Siberia,[128] and
about 14 millions were to remain, but were to be treated as slaves.[129][130] In their place,
Germans would be settled in an extended lebensraum of the 1000-Year Empire.[131]

Herbert Backe was one of the orchestrators of the Hunger Plan – the plan to starve tens of millions
of Slavs in order to ensure steady food supplies for the German people and troops.[132] In the
longer term,[133] the Nazis wanted to exterminate some 30–45 million Slavs.[134] According to
Michael Dorland, "As Yale historian Timothy Snyder reminds us, had the Nazis succeeded in their
war on Russia, the implementation of two further dimensions of the Holocaust, the Hunger Plan
and Generalplan Ost, would have led to the elimination through starvation of an additional 80
million people in Belarus, northern Russia and the USSR."[135]

At the outset of World War II, the German authority in the General Government in occupied Poland
ordered that all Jews face compulsory labour and that those who were physically incapable such as
women and children were to be confined to ghettos.[136]

To the Nazis, a number of ideas appeared on how to answer the "Jewish Question". One method
was a mass forced deportation of Jews. Adolf Eichmann suggested that Jews be forced to emigrate
to Palestine.[136] Franz Rademacher made the proposal that Jews be deported to Madagascar; this
proposal was supported by Himmler and was discussed by Hitler and Italian dictator Benito
Mussolini but was later dismissed as impractical in 1942.[136]

The idea of continuing deportations to occupied Poland was rejected by the governor, Hans Frank,
of the General Government of occupied Poland as Frank refused to accept any more deportations of
Jews to the territory which already had large numbers of Jews.[136] In 1942, at the Wannsee
Conference, Nazi officials decided to eliminate the Jews altogether, as discussed the "Final Solution
of the Jewish Question". Concentration camps like Auschwitz were converted and used gas
chambers to kill as many Jews as possible. By 1945, a number of concentration camps had been
liberated by Allied forces and they found the survivors to be severely malnourished. The Allies also
found evidence that the Nazis were profiteering from the mass murder of Jews not only by
confiscating their property and personal valuables but also by extracting gold fillings from the
bodies of some Jews held in concentration camps.

Role of women and family
Further information: Women in the Third Reich
Women in the Third Reich were a cornerstone of Nazi social policy. The Nazis opposed the
feminist movement, claiming that it had a left-wing agenda (comparable to Communism) and was
bad for both women and men. The Nazi regime advocated a patriarchal society in which German
women would recognize the "world is her husband, her family, her children, and her home."[137]

Hitler claimed that women taking vital jobs away from men during the Great Depression was
economically bad for families in that women were paid only 66 percent of what men earned.[137]
Simultaneously with calling for women to leave work outside the home, the regime called for
women to be actively supportive of the state regarding women's affairs.

In 1933, Hitler appointed Gertrud Scholtz-Klink as the leader of the National Socialist Women's
League, which instructed women that their primary role in society was to bear children and that
women should be subservient to men, once saying "the mission of woman is to minister in the home
and in her profession to the needs of life from the first to last moment of man's existence.".[137]

The expectation even applied to Aryan women married to Jewish men—a necessary ingredient in
the 1943 Rosenstrasse protest in which 1800 German women (joined by 4200 relatives) obliged the
Nazi state to release their Jewish husbands. This position was so strongly held as to make it
extremely difficult to recruit women for war jobs during World War II.[138]

from seeking higher education in secondary schools, universities and colleges. The number
of women allowed to enroll in universities dropped drastically under the Nazi regime, which
shrank from approximately 128,000 women being enrolled in 1933 to 51,000 in 1938.

Female enrollment in secondary schools dropped from 437,000 in 1926 to 205,000 in 1937.
However with the requirement of men to be enlisted into the German armed forces during
the war, women made up half of the enrollment in the education system by 1944.[139]

On the other hand, the women were expected to be strong, healthy, and vital; a photograph
subtitled "Future Mothers" showed teenage girls dressed for sport and bearing javelins.[140]
A sturdy peasant woman, who worked the land and bore strong children, was an ideal,

contributing to praise for athletic women tanned by outdoor work.[141]

Organizations were made for the indoctrination of Nazi values to German women. Such
organizations included the Jungmädel ("Young Girls") section of the Hitler Youth for girls
from the age 10 to 14, the Bund Deutscher Mädel (BDM, "German Girls' League") for
young women from 14 to 18, and the NS-Frauenschaft, a woman's organization.

The NS-Frauenschaft put out the NS-Frauen-Warte, the only approved women's magazine
in Nazi Germany.[142] Despite its propaganda aspects, it was predominantly a woman's
magazine,[143] even including sewing patterns.[144]
The BDM's activities encompassed physical education, including running, the long jump,
somersaulting, tightrope walking, rout-marching, and swimming.[145]

Das deutsche Mädel was less adventure-oriented than the boy's Der Pimpf,[146] but far more
emphasis was laid on strong and active German women than in NS-Frauen-Warte.[143]
Also, before entering any occupation or advanced studies, the girls, like the boys in Hitler
Youth, had to complete a year of land service.[147]

Despite the somewhat official restrictions, some women forged highly visible, as well as
officially praised, achievements, such as the aviatrix Hanna Reitsch and film director Leni
Riefenstahl.

On the issue of sexual affairs regarding women, Biddiscombe argues the Nazis differed
greatly from the restrictive stances on women's role in society. The Nazi regime promoted a
liberal code of conduct as regards sexual matters, and were sympathetic to women bearing
children out of wedlock.[122] The collapse of 19th century morals in Germany accelerated
during the Third Reich, partly due to the Nazis, and greatly due to the effects of the war.

Promiscuity increased greatly as the war progressed, with unmarried soldiers often involved
intimately with several women simultaneously. Married women were often involved in
multiple affairs simultaneously, with soldiers, civilians or slave labourers. "Some farm
wives in Württemberg had already begun using sex as a commodity, employing carnal
favours as a means of getting a full day's work from foreign labourers."[122]

Nevertheless, publicly, Nazi propaganda opposed adultery and upheld the sanctity of
marriage.[148] Several films shot in this era altered their source material so that the woman,
rather than the man, would suffer death for sexual transgressions, reflecting whose fault it
was held to be.[149]

When attempts were made to destigmatize illegitimate births, Lebensborn homes were
presented the public as for married women.[150] Overtly anti-marriage statements, such as
Himmler's statements regarding the care of the illegitimate children of dead soldiers, were
greeted with protests.[151] Ilsa McKee noted that the lectures of Hitler Youth and the BDM
on the need to produce more children produced several illegitimate children, which neither

the mothers nor the possible fathers regarded as problematic.[152]

Marriage or sexual relations between a person considered “Aryan” and one that was not
were classified as Rassenschande and were forbidden and under penalty (Aryans found
guilty could face incarceration in a concentration camp, while non-Aryans could face the
death penalty). Pamphlets enjoined all German women to avoid sexual intercourse with all
foreign workers brought to Germany as a danger to their blood.[153]

Abortion was heavily penalized in Nazi Germany unless on the grounds of "racial health":
from 1943 abortionists faced the death penalty.[154] Display of contraceptives was not
allowed, and Hitler himself described contraception as "violation of nature, as degradation
of womanhood, motherhood and love."[155]

Environmentalism
In 1935, the regime enacted the "Reich Nature Protection Act". While not a purely Nazi piece of
legislation, as parts of its influences pre-dated the Nazi rise to power, it nevertheless reflected Nazi
ideology. The concept of the Dauerwald (best translated as the "perpetual forest") which included
concepts such as forest management and protection was promoted and efforts were also made to
curb air pollution.[156][157]

In practice, the enacted laws and policies met resistance from various ministries that sought to
undermine them, and from the priority that the war-effort took to environmental protection.

Animal protection policy

Main article: Animal welfare in Nazi Germany
The Nazis had elements which were supportive of animal rights, zoos and wildlife,[158] and took
several measures to ensure their protection.[159] In 1933 the government enacted a stringent
animal-protection law.[160][161]

Many NSDAP leaders, including Hitler and Göring, were supporters of animal protection. Several
Nazis were environmentalists (notably Rudolf Hess), and species protection and animal welfare
were significant issues in the regime.[162] Himmler made efforts to ban the hunting of
animals.[163] Göring was an animal lover and conservationist.[164] The current animal welfare
laws in Germany are adapted from laws introduced by the National Socialist regime.[165]

Although enacting various laws for animal protection, there was a lack of enforcement. According
to Pfugers Archiv für die Gesamte Physiologie (Pfugers Archive for the Total Physiology), a
science journal at that time, there were many animal experiments during the Nazi regime.[166] The
Nazi regime disbanded several unofficial organizations advocating environmentalism and animal
protection, such as the Friends of Nature.[167]

The Mark of the Beast is the most serious problem facing the world at this hour. In Isaiah
58:1, we read:

"Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their
transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins." Isaiah 58: 1.

"And he shall speak great words against the most High. " Daniel 7.25.

"And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies. "
Revelation 13:5.

1. God clearly portrays this power as one that is guilty of blasphemy, assuming the titles
and power that belong to God alone.

"I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them. "
Daniel 7.21.

"And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them."
Revelation 13:7.

2. In these two verses God has pointed out that this power would persecute the saints.
History reveals that nearly 150 million people have been destroyed as a result of this
organization.

"I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn,
before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots." Daniel 7.8.

3. In ascending to power this organization was to destroy three of the ten ruling kingdoms
and to rule over the remaining seven. History reveals that this is exactly what the Papacy
did. It destroyed the Heruli in A.D. 493, the Vandals in A.D. 534, and the Ostrogoths in
A.D. 538, thus turning the pope into a temporal sovereign.

"And they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. "
Daniel 7.-25.

4. God distinctly declares that this power was to rule with complete supremacy for a
period of 1260 years. Time represents one year; times, plural, represents two years; and a
dividing of times would be half of a year. Add them all together; this is three and one-half
years. Allowing thirty days to a Bible month, with twelve months to a year, we have 360
days in a Bible year. The rule of prophecy, according to Ezekiel 4:6, is that a day stands

we have 1260 days equaling 1260 years.

The Papacy began its temporal reign in A.D. 538 when it destroyed the third little horn,
and it ended its unbroken supremacy 1260 years later, exactly as God had predicted,
when Berthier, the French general, took the pope prisoner. Thus the Word of God was
fulfilled.

Now we come to the most amazing description of all.

God has given to us a number whereby this power can be identified.

"Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast. for it is
the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. Revelation
13:18.

When the pope is crowned he is given the official title of Vicarius Filii Dei, which means
Vicar of the Son of God.

The Nazi movement arose among angry young veterans in the early 1920s; they rejected the Treaty
of Versailles (1919), the Weimar republic, and democracy generally. They called for a revival of
the Aryan race and blamed the Jews for Germany's troubles.

Highly effective Nazi propaganda effectively used the "Stab-in-the-back legend" to explain the
German military defeat in 1918—that is that Jews, Communists and other subversives in Berlin
were to blame. The Nazi movement was small until the onset of the 1929 global Great Depression.
The subsequent fallout intensified the reaction against the modernity and liberalism of the Weimar
Republic,[15].

Simultaneously, on the left, the Communist Party of Germany, controlled by Moscow, gained
strength as the middle was squeezed. Many Germans decided the Nazi Party was capable of
restoring order, quelling civil unrest, and restoring Germany's international reputation.[15]

The Nazis promised a strong authoritarian government, civic peace, radical economic policies
(including full employment), increased Lebensraum ("living space") for Germanic peoples,
formation of a national community based on race, and racial cleansing via the active suppression of
Jews.[16]

The Nazis promised national and cultural renewal based upon the Völkisch movement,
traditionalism, proposed rearmament, repudiation of reparations, and reclamation of territory lost to
the Treaty of Versailles. After the federal election of 1932, the Nazis were the largest party in the
Reichstag, holding 230 seats.[17]

On 30 January 1933, President Hindenburg, under pressure from Franz von Papen,
appointed Hitler as Chancellor of Germany. This event is known as the Machtergreifung
("seizure of power"). By becoming the Vice Chancellor and keeping the Nazis a cabinet
minority, von Papen expected to be able to control Hitler. Although the Nazis had won the
greatest share of the popular vote in the two Reichstag general elections of 1932, they did
not have a majority, so Hitler led a short-lived coalition government formed by the NSDAP
and the German National People's Party (DNVP).[18]

Within a few months, the new government installed a single party dictatorship in Germany
with legal measures establishing a coordinated central government, (see Gleichschaltung).
On the night of 27 February 1933, the Reichstag building was set afire; a Dutch communist
was found guilty. The Nazis claimed that the arson was a signal for a communist uprising
and thousands of communist party members were arrested, the party offices raided and all
KPD publications banned. The Nazis imprisoned many in the Dachau concentration camp.

The Reichstag Fire Decree, imposed on 28 February 1933, rescinded most German civil
liberties to suppress their opponents. The 'Fire Decree' was the second enactment that
allowed the Nazi administration to restrict civil liberties. The first was a rule that forbade
Germans from 'insulting the flag' and this was used consistently to repress any kind of
opposition.[19]

In March 1933, with the Enabling Act passing by 444–94 (the remaining Social Democrats),
the Reichstag changed the Weimar Constitution to allow Hitler's government to pass laws
without parliamentary debate for a four-year period, even such deviating from other articles
in the constitution (the Act, forming the legal basis for the regime, was subsequently
renewed by Hitler's government in 1937 and 1941). Forthwith, throughout 1934, the Nazi
Party ruthlessly eliminated all political opposition.

The Enabling Act already had banned the Communists (KPD), the Social Democrats (SPD)
were later dissolved in June, and in the June–July period, the Nationalists (DNVP), the
People's Party (DVP) and the German State Party (DStP) were likewise obliged to disband.
Former party members were urged to join the Nazi Party or else leave politics. Moreover, at
the urging of Franz von Papen, the remaining Catholic Centre Party disbanded on 5 July
1933 after obtaining Nazi guarantees for Catholic religious education and youth groups.

On 14 July 1933, Germany became a de facto single-party state, as the founding of new
parties was banned. Further elections in late 1933, 1936 and 1938 were entirely Nazi-
controlled and only saw the Nazis and a minor number of independent "guests" (such as
Hugenberg) elected for the rubber-stamp legislature.

The Nazi regime abolished the symbols of the Weimar Republic, including the black-red-
gold tricolor flag, and adopted reworked imperial symbolism representing the dual nature of
Germany’s third empire. The previous, imperial black-white-red tricolor was restored as one
of Germany's two official national flags; the second was the swastika flag of the Nazi party,
which became the sole national German flag in 1935. The Nazi anthem "Horst-Wessel-
Lied" ("Horst Wessel Song") became a second national anthem.[20]

On 30 January 1934, Chancellor Hitler formally centralized government power to himself
with the Act to Rebuild the Reich, by disbanding Länder (federal state) parliaments and
transferring states’ powers and administration to the Berlin central government. The
centralization began soon after the March 1933 Enabling Act promulgation, when state
governments were replaced with Reich governors. Local government also was deposed;
Reich governors appointed mayors of cities and towns with populaces of fewer than
100,000; the Interior Minister appointed the mayors of cities with populaces greater than
100,000; and, in the cases of Berlin and Hamburg (and Vienna in 1938), Hitler had personal
discretion to appoint their mayors.

By spring of 1934, only the army remained independent of government control;

traditionally, it was separate from the national government, a discrete entity. Ernst Röhm,
leader of the Nazi paramilitary Sturmabteilung (SA, "Storm Detachment"), which had
several million members, intended to assume command of the Reichswehr and absorb it into
its ranks.[21]

To complement the "nationalist revolution", Röhm favored a "second revolution", which

would tear down industrialists, big business, the Junker aristocracy, and Prussian control of
the military.[22] Matters came to a head in June 1934 when President Hindenburg informed
Hitler that if he didn't move to curb the SA and would soon dissolve the Government and
declare martial law.[23]

day I would govern Germany. They laugh now, just as foolishly, when I declare that I shall remain

Convinced by Heinrich Himmler and Hermann Göring that a plot was afoot to depose him, Hitler
ordered the Schutzstaffel (SS) and the Gestapo to assassinate his political enemies both in and
outside the Nazi Party with the "Night of the Long Knives". The purges of Ernst Röhm, his SA
cohort, the Strasserist, left-wing Nazis, and other political enemies lasted from 30 June to 2 July
1934, and resulted in up to 200 deaths.[25] While some Germans were shocked by the killing,
others admired Hitler's decisive actions to restore order.[26]

Upon the death of Hindenburg, on 2 August 1934, the Nazi-controlled Reichstag consolidated the
offices of Reichspräsident (Reich President) and Reichskanzler (Reich Chancellor), and reinstalled
Hitler as Führer und Reichskanzler (Leader and Reich Chancellor). After the "Night of the Long
Knives" and Hindenburg’s death, the Reichswehr was prepared to accept Hitler's leadership.

As Hitler had announced plans to rearm and increase the size of the Reichswehr, the agreement of
the generals was unsurprising. The assassination of Röhm and the SA leaders consolidated the
Reichswehr as the sole armed force of the Reich, and the Führer’s promises of military expansion
guaranteed him military loyalty. Hindenburg’s death facilitated transferring the German soldiers’
oath of allegiance from the Reich of the Weimar Constitution to the Führer Adolf Hitler.[27]

Shortly afterwards, the Nazis ended the official NSDAP–DNVP government alliance and began
introducing Nazism and Nazi symbolism to public and private German life; textbooks were revised,
or rewritten to promote a racial version of the Pan-German doctrine of Großdeutschland (Greater
Germany) to be established by the Nazi Herrenvolk; teachers who opposed curricular Nazification

were dismissed.

Furthermore, to coerce popular obedience to the state, the Nazis established the Gestapo (secret
state police), established independent of civil authority. The Gestapo controlled the German
populace with some 100,000 spies and informers, and thereby were positioned to conduct
surveillance of anti-Nazi criticism and dissent.

The Seven Hills of Rome (Italian: Sette colli di Roma) east of the river Tiber form the geographical
heart of Rome, within the walls of the ancient city.
The seven hills are:
Aventine Hill (Latin, Aventinus; Italian, Aventino)
Caelian Hill (Caelius, Celio)
Capitoline Hill (Capitolinus, Capitolino/Campidoglio)
Esquiline Hill (Esquilinus, Esquilino)

The original city was held by tradition to have been founded by Romulus on the Palatine Hill.
Tradition holds that the seven hills were first occupied by small settlements and not grouped or
recognized as a city called Rome. The denizens of the seven hills began to participate in a series of
religious games, which started to bond the groups. The city of Rome, thus, came into being as these

separate settlements acted as a group, draining the marshy valleys between them and turning them
into markets (fora in Latin). Later, in the early 4th century BC, the seven hills were protected
through the Servian Walls.
Of the seven hills of current Rome, five (Aventine, Caelian, Esquiline, Quirinal, and Viminal hills)
are populated with monuments, buildings, and parks. The Capitoline now hosts Rome's city hall,
and the Palatine Hill belongs to the main archaeological area.
The Vatican Hill (Latin Collis Vaticanus) lying northwest of the Tiber, the Pincian Hill (Latin Mons
Pincius), lying to the north, and the Janiculum Hill (Latin Ianiculum), lying to the west, are not
counted among the traditional Seven Hills.

When American colonists declared independence from England in 1776, they also freed themselves
from control by English corporations that extracted their wealth and dominated trade. After fighting
a revolution to end this exploitation, our country's founders retained a healthy fear of corporate
power and wisely limited corporations exclusively to a business role. Corporations were forbidden
from attempting to influence elections, public policy, and other realms of civic society.

Initially, the privilege of incorporation was granted selectively to enable activities that benefited the
public, such as construction of roads or canals. Enabling shareholders to profit was seen as a means
to that end.

The states also imposed conditions (some of which remain on the books, though unused) like these:

* Corporate charters (licenses to exist) were granted for a limited time and could be revoked
promptly for violating laws.

* Corporations could engage only in activities necessary to fulfill their chartered purpose.

* Corporations could not own stock in other corporations nor own any property that was not
essential to fulfilling their chartered purpose.

* Corporations were often terminated if they exceeded their authority or caused public harm.

* Owners and managers were responsible for criminal acts committed on the job.

* Corporations could not make any political or charitable contributions nor spend money to
influence law-making.

For 100 years after the American Revolution, legislators maintained tight controll of the corporate
chartering process. Because of widespread public opposition, early legislators granted very few
corporate charters, and only after debate. Citizens governed corporations by detailing operating
conditions not just in charters but also in state constitutions and state laws. Incorporated businesses
were prohibited from taking any action that legislators did not specifically allow.

States also limited corporate charters to a set number of years. Unless a legislature renewed an

expiring charter, the corporation was dissolved and its assets were divided among shareholders.
Citizen authority clauses limited capitalization, debts, land holdings, and sometimes, even profits.
They required a company's accounting books to be turned over to a legislature upon request. The
power of large shareholders was limited by scaled voting, so that large and small investors had
equal voting rights. Interlocking directorates were outlawed. Shareholders had the right to remove
directors at will.

In Europe, charters protected directors and stockholders from liability for debts and harms caused
by their corporations. American legislators explicitly rejected this corporate shield. The penalty for
abuse or misuse of the charter was not a plea bargain and a fine, but dissolution of the corporation.

In 1819 the U.S. Supreme Court tried to strip states of this sovereign right by overruling a lower
court's decision that allowed New Hampshire to revoke a charter granted to Dartmouth College by
King George III. The Court claimed that since the charter contained no revocation clause, it could
not be withdrawn. The Supreme Court's attack on state sovereignty outraged citizens. Laws were
written or re-written and new state constitutional amendments passed to circumvent the Dartmouth
ruling. Over several decades starting in 1844, nineteen states amended their constitutions to make
corporate charters subject to alteration or revocation by their legislatures. As late as 1855 it seemed
that the Supreme Court had gotten the people's message when in Dodge v. Woolsey it reaffirmed
state's powers over "artificial bodies."

But the men running corporations pressed on. Contests over charter were battles to control labor,
resources, community rights, and political sovereignty. More and more frequently, corporations
were abusing their charters to become conglomerates and trusts. They converted the nation's
resources and treasures into private fortunes, creating factory systems and company towns. Political
power began flowing to absentee owners, rather than community-rooted enterprises.

The industrial age forced a nation of farmers to become wage earners, and they became fearful of
unemployment--a new fear that corporations quickly learned to exploit. Company towns arose. and
blacklists of labor organizers and workers who spoke up for their rights became common. When
workers began to organize, industrialists and bankers hired private armies to keep them in line.
They bought newspapers to paint businessmen as heroes and shape public opinion. Corporations
bought state legislators, then announced legislators were corrupt and said that they used too much
of the public's resources to scrutinize every charter application and corporate operation.

Government spending during the Civil War brought these corporations fantastic wealth. Corporate
executives paid "borers" to infest Congress and state capitals, bribing elected and appointed
officials alike. They pried loose an avalanche of government financial largesse. During this time,
legislators were persuaded to give corporations limited liability, decreased citizen authority over
them, and extended durations of charters. Attempts were made to keep strong charter laws in place,
but with the courts applying legal doctrines that made protection of corporations and corporate
property the center of constitutional law, citizen sovereignty was undermined. As corporations grew
stronger, government and the courts became easier prey. They freely reinterpreted the U.S.
Constitution and transformed common law doctrines.

One of the most severe blows to citizen authority arose out of the 1886 Supreme Court case of
Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad. Though the court did not make a ruling on the

question of "corporate personhood," thanks to misleading notes of a clerk, the decision
subsequently was used as precedent to hold that a corporation was a "natural person."

From that point on, the 14th Amendment, enacted to protect rights of freed slaves, was used
routinely to grant corporations constitutional "personhood." Justices have since struck down
hundreds of local, state and federal laws enacted to protect people from corporate harm based on
this illegitimate premise. Armed with these "rights," corporations increased control over resources,
jobs, commerce, politicians, even judges and the law.

A United States Congressional committee concluded in 1941, "The principal instrument of the
concentration of economic power and wealth has been the corporate charter with unlimited
power...."

Many U.S.-based corporations are now transnational, but the corrupted charter remains the legal
basis for their existence. At ReclaimDemocracy.org, we believe citizens can reassert the convictions
of our nation's founders who struggled successfully to free us from corporate rule in the past. These
changes must occur at the most fundamental level -- the U.S. Constitution.

incomprehensible to the inferior class. With such an initial handicap, even bright
lower class individuals have little if any hope of extricating themselves from their
assigned lot in life. This form of slavery is essential to maintaining some measure of
social order, peace, and tranquility for the ruling upper class.”

I on many different fronts reports back regarding the Alarm at the inner door! Two of your

did not place ourselves in greater debt obligations and further bound our future posterity, to
the exact same entity who put them on the streets for late payments or otherwise!

This is not our idea of a give and take fair and equitable relationship! Not when because of
some short coming or defect within ourselves, taking away the small portion of dignity we
have yet left! We cannot continue to allow these snakes, serpents’ and multi headed dragons

So when anybody begins to encourage strikes, unions, sides, camps, etc., beware of the one

What people do not know is that the so called Founding Fathers

and King George were working hand-n-hand to bring the people of America to
there knees, to install a Central Government over them and to bind them to a
debt that could not be paid. First off you have to understand that the UNITED
STATES is a corporation and that it existed before the Revolutionary war.

Now, you also have to realize that King George was not just the King
of England, he was also the King of France. (See: Treaty of Peace * U.S. 8 Statutes
at Large 80) and the king of America until the Declaration of Independence in 1776 was
declared, but it was but a short time and the people were reconstituted.

On January 22, 1783 Congress ratified a contract for the repayment of 21 loans that the
UNITED STATES had already received dating from February 28, 1778 to July 5, 1782. Now
the UNITED STATES Inc., owes the King money which is due January 1, 1788 from King
George via France. Is this not incredible the King funded both sides of the War.

But there was more work that needed to be done. Now the Articles of Confederation which
was declared in force March 1, 1781 States in Article 12" All bills of credit emitted, monies
borrowed, and debts contracted by, or under the authority of Congress, before the assembling
of the United States, in pursuance of the present confederation, shall be deemed and
considered a charge against the United States, for payment and satisfaction whereof the said
United States, and the public faith are hereby solemnly pledged."

Now after losing the Revolutionary War, even though the War was nothing more than a move
to turn the people into debtors for the King, they were not done yet.

Now the loans were coming due and so a meeting was convened in Annapolis, Maryland, to
discuss the economic instability of the country under the Articles of Confederation. Only five
States come to the meeting, but there is a call for another meeting to take place in
Philadelphia the following year with the express purpose of revising the Articles of
Confederation.

 On February 21, 1787 Congress gave approval of the meeting to take place in
Philadelphia on May 14, 1787, to revise the Articles of confederation. Something had to be
done about the mounting debt. Little did the people know that the so called founding fathers
were acutely going to reorganize the United States because it was Bankrupt.

On September 17, 1787 twelve State delegates approve the Constitution. The States have
now become Constitutors. Constitutor: In the civil law, one who, by simple agreement,
becomes responsible for the payment of another's debt. (See: Blacks Law Dictionary 6th Ed)
The States were now liable for the debt owed to the King, but the people of America were not
because they were not a party to the Constitution because it was never put to them for a vote
on August 4th, 1790 an Act was passed which was Titled: - “An Act making provision for the
payment of the Debt of the United States.” This can be found at: 1 U.S. Statutes at Large pages
138-178.

This Act for all intents and purposes abolished the States and Created the Districts. If you
don't believe it look it up. The Act set up Federal Districts, here in Pennsylvania we got two.
In this Act each District was assigned a portion of the debt. The next step was for the states to
reorganize their governments which most did in 1790. This had to be done because the States
needed to legally bind the people to the debt. The original State Constitutions were never
submitted to the people for a vote. So the governments wrote new constitutions and submitted
them to people for a vote thereby binding the people to the debts owed to Great Britain. The
people became citizens of the State where they resided and ipso facto a citizen of the United
States. A citizen is a member of a fictional entity and it is synonymous with subject.

What you think is a state is in reality a corporation, in other words, a Person.

"Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is Person." (See: 9 F. Supp 272) whereby the "Word
"person" does not include state." (SEE: 12 Op Atty Gen 176)

There are no states, just corporations. Every body politic on this planet is a corporation.
A corporation is an artificial entity, a fiction at law. They only exist in your mind. They are
images in your mind, that speak to you. We labor, pledge our property and give our children
to a fiction.

Now before we go any further let us examine a few things in the Constitution. Now, the area
of, Article six section one of the US Constitution is what keeps the loans from the King valid it
states; All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this
Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the
Confederation.

Another interesting tidbit can be found at Article One Section Eight clause Two which states
that Congress has the power to borrow money on the credit of the United States. This was
needed so the United States (Which went into Bankruptcy on January 1, 1788) could borrow
money and then because the States were a party to the Constitution they would also be liable
for it.

The next underhanded move was the creation of The United States Bank in 1791. This was a
private Bank of which there were 25,000 shares issued of which 18,000 were held by those in

England. The Bank loaned the United States money in exchange for Securities of the United
States.

Now the creditors of the United States which included the King wanted paid the Interest
on the loans that were given to the United States. So Alexander Hamilton came up with the
great idea of taxing alcohol. The people resisted so George Washington sent out the militia to
collect the tax which they did. This has become known as the Whiskey rebellion. It is the
Militia's duty to collect taxes. How did the United States collect taxes off of the people if the
people are not a party to the Constitution? I'll tell you how! Because the people of the
earthly Kingdom of Heaven, established by the Saints of God! He is the Wonderful Counselor,

The people are slaves! The United States belongs to the foundering fathers and their
posterity and Great Britain. America is nothing more than a Plantation. It always has
been. How many times have you seen someone in court attempt to use the Constitution
and then the Judge tells him he can't. It is because you are not a party to it. We are
SLAVES!!!!!!! If you don't believe this, read it for your self. (See: Padelford, Fay &
Co. vs. The Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah, 14 Georgia 438, 520) which
states: "But, indeed, no private person has a right to complain, by suit in court, on the
ground of a breach of the Constitution, the Constitution, it is true, is a compact but he is
not a party to it."

Now back to the Militia. Just read Article One Section Eight Clause (15) which states that it
is the militia's job to execute the laws of the Union. Now read Clause (16) Which states that
Congress has the power to provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining the Militia, and
for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States .... the
Militia is not there to protect you and me, it is their to collect our substance.

As you can plainly see, all the Constitution did is set up a Military Government to guard the
King's commerce and make us slaves.

If one goes to 8 U.S. statutes at large 116-132 you will find "The Treaty of Amity, Commerce

and Navigation." This Treaty was signed on November 19th, 1794 which was twelve years
after the War. Article 2 of the Treaty states that the King's Troops were still occupying the
United States. Being the nice King that he was, he decided that the troops would return to
England by June 1st, 1796. The troops were still on American soil because, quite frankly the
King wanted them here. Here is the key to where this started:

It is total and relentless mind control, people are taught to believe in things that do not exist,

automobile from a man and that automobile has a warranty and the engine blows up the first

to pay me and he says no. So you take him to court for not holding up the contract. The
court then says case dismissed. Why? Because you are not a party to the contract, nor are
you the posterity of the ones who were.

You cannot sue a government official for not adhering to a contract (Constitution) that you
are not a party too. You better accept the fact that you are a Slave. When you try to use the
Constitution you are committing a CRIME known as CRIMINAL TRESPASS. Why?
Because you are attempting to infringe on a private contract that you are not a party to.
Then to make matters worse you are a debt slave who owns no property or has any rights.
You are a mere user of your Masters property! Here are just a couple of examples, to wit:

"The primary control and custody of infant is with the government."

"Marriage is a civil contract to which there are three parties-the husband,

"The ultimate ownership of all property is in the State: individual

so-called "ownership" is only by virtue of Government, i.e. law amounting
to mere user; and use must be in accordance with law and subordinate to
the necessities of the State." (See: Senate Document No. 43 73rd Congress
1st Session. (Brown v. Welch, supra)

You own no Property because you are a slave. Really you are worse off than a slave because
you are also a debtor.

"The right of traffic or the transmission of property, as an absolute inalienable right, is

Great Britain to this day collects taxes from the American people. The IRS is not an Agency
of the United States Government.

All taxpayers have an Individual Master File which is in code. By using IRS Publication 6209,
which is over 400 pages, there is a blocking series which shows the taxpayer the type of tax
that is being paid. Most taxpayers fall under a 300-399 blocking series, which the 6209
manual states is reserved, but by going to BMF 300-399 which is the Business Master File
in the 6209 manual prior to 1991, this was U.S.-U.K. Tax Claims, meaning taxpayers are
considered a business and involved in commerce and are held liable for taxes via a treaty
between the U.S. and the U.K., payable to the U.K.

The form that is supposed to be used for this is form 8288, FIRPTA-Foreign Investment Real
Property Tax Account. The 8288 form is in the Law Enforcement Manual of the IRS, chapter
3. The OMB's-paper-Office of Management and Budget, in the Department of Treasury, List
of Active Information collections, Approved Under Paperwork Reduction Act is where form
8288 is found under OMB number 1545-0902, which says U.S. withholding tax return for
dispositions by foreign persons, of U.S. Form #8288, #8288a.

These codes have since been changed to read as follows: IMF 300-309, Barred Assessment, CP
55 generated valid for, which is the code for the 1040 form. IMF 310-399 reads the same as
IMF 300-309, BMF 390-399 reads U.S.-U.K. Tax Treaty Claims. Isn't it INCREDIBLE that a
1040 form is a payment of a tax to the U.K.. Everybody is always looking to 26 U.S.C. for the
law that makes one liable for the so called Income Tax but, it is not in there because it is not a
Tax, it is debt collection through a private contract called the Constitution of the United
States, Article Six, Section One and various agreements.

Is a cow paying an income tax when the machine gets connected to it's udders? The answer is
no. I have never known a cow that owns property or has been compensated for its labor. You
own nothing that your labor has ever produced. You don't even own your
labor or yourself. Your labor is measured in current credit money. You are allowed to retain
a small portion of your labor so that you can have food, clothing, shelter and most of all breed
more slaves.

Did you ever notice how many of the other slaves get upset if you try to retain your labor.
You are called an extremist, terrorist and sometimes even a freeman. They say that you are
anti-government. When the truth of the matter is you just don't want to be a slave. But, you
do not have the right to force others to be free if they want to be a slave that is entirely up to

moreover become obligatory without being accepted or confirmed by secular rulers. (See:

ecclesiastical laws prevalent in the United States, may be abolished at any time by

shown that the Pope rules the world? The Pope is the ultimate owner of everything in the

[edit] Background
Representatives from a number of the Thirteen Colonies assembled as the Stamp Act Congress in
response to the Stamp Act 1765, to call into question the right of a distant power to tax them
without proper representation. The British Parliament was thus faced with colonies who refused to
comply with their Act. This, combined with protests that had occurred in the colonies and, perhaps
more importantly, protests which had arisen in Great Britain from manufacturers who were
suffering from the colonies' non-importation agreement,[2] all led to the repeal of the Stamp Act.
Normally the economic activity in the colonies would not have caused such an outcry, but the
English economy was still experiencing a post-war depression from the Seven Years War. Another
reason for repeal of the Stamp Act was the replacement of George Grenville, the Prime Minister
who had enacted the Stamp Acts, by Charles Watson-Wentworth, 2nd Marquess of Rockingham.
Rockingham was more favorable towards the colonies and furthermore he was antagonistic towards
policies that Grenville had enacted. Rockingham invited Benjamin Franklin to speak to Parliament
about colonial policy and he portrayed the colonists as in opposition to internal taxes (which were
derived from internal colonial transactions) such as the Stamp Act called for, but not external taxes
(which were duties laid on imported commodities).[3] Parliament then agreed to repeal the Stamp
Act on the condition that the Declaratory Act was passed. On March 18, 1766, Parliament repealed
the Stamp Act and passed the Declaratory Act.

The Declaratory Act proclaimed that Parliament "had, hath, and of right ought to have, full power
and authority to make laws and statutes of sufficient force and validity to bind the colonies and
people of America ... in all cases whatsoever". The phrasing of the act was intentionally
unambiguous. In other words, the Declaratory Act of 1766 asserted that Parliament had the absolute
power to make laws and changes to the colonial government, "in all cases whatsoever", even though
the colonists were not represented in the Parliament.

Although many in Parliament felt that taxes were implied in this clause, other members of
Parliament and many of the colonists—who were busy celebrating what they saw as their political
victory—did not. Other colonists, however, were outraged because the Declaratory Act hinted that
more acts would be coming. This Declaratory Act was copied almost word for word from the Irish
Declaratory Act, an Act which had placed Ireland in a position of bondage to the crown, implying

that the same fate would come to The Thirteen Colonies.[4]However, the colonists never explicitly
called for its repeal, and would seek reconciliation with the crown up until the last minute.[5]

[edit] Subsequent developments

Despite British recognition in 1783 of the independence of the United States, the Declaratory Act
remained in force for the British Empire's remaining colonies in the western hemisphere. The Act
was not repealed until 1964, by which time the handful of remaining British colonies in the West
Indies were governed under constitutions explicitly granted under the authority of Parliament (in
particular by the West Indies Act 1962). However, since the Taxation of Colonies Act 1778 passed
during the American Revolution, the British Parliament has never again attempted to directly
impose taxation upon any of its colonies (today known as British overseas territories).
