DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ROGELIO LAZO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to FAUSTINA GORDO and residing at
Dumanisi, Diffun, Quirino for and in consideration of the sum of FORTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P40,000.00) Philippine Currency to me in hand paid to my full satisfaction and acknowledged
receipt from the Spouses, RODRIGO C. RIVERA, JR. and MARY GRACE DELOS REYES-RIVERA,
both of legal age, Filipino citizen and residing at Andres Bonifacio, Diffun. Quirino do I hereby these
present SELL, CONVEY and TRANSFER ownership unto said Spouses, Rodrigo C. Rivera, Jr. and
Mary Grace Delos Reyes Reyes-Rivera, their heirs and assign in a manner absolute and irrevocable
that certain parcel of land and more particularly described as follows:

“A PARCEL OF LAND LOT 110-B, CSD (A)-02-001996-D PORTION OF LOT NO. 110, PLS-286
EQUIVALENT TO LOT NO. 5463, PLS-286, LOCATED AT DUMANISI, DIFFUN, QUIRINO. BOUNDED ON
THE SW., ALONG LINE 1-2 BY LOT NO. 110-A, CSD(AF)-02-001996-D; ON THE NW., LONG LINE 2-3 BY
LOT NO. 110-C, CSD(AF)-02-001996-D; AND ON THE SE., ALONG LINE 4-1 BY ROAD, CONTAINING AN
AREA OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT (158) SQUARE METERS MORE OR LESS.”

Of which property my ownership is evidenced by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg P-15196 of

the Register of Deeds of Quirino free form all lien and encumbrances.

That I warrant valid ownership unto the vendee Spouses, RODRIGO C. RIVERA, JR. And MARY
GRACE DELOS REYES-RIVERA;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 1st day of March, 2018 at
Diffun, Quirino.
