1. Review of compliance by States on last RRM’s observations.


2. Review of
(i) Data of progress of works from 2000-01 to 2017-18.
(ii) Forest clearance cases: information of forest clearances for quarter ending
March, 2017 (in Format FC-1).
(iii) Maintenance:

(a) Requirement of funds for routine maintenance, expenditure, budgetary


provision.

6. Quality Issues

i) Tier-I- Position of field labs for ongoing works and review of NQM comments on
arrangement of quality.
ii) Tier-II: SQM inspections on ongoing & completed works in current financial year and
previous year. Works not inspected even once by SQM. SQM inspection with mobile.
iii) Tier-III: ATRs pending since November, 2010 and discussion on quality deficiencies
noted by NQMs.
iv) ATRs on NQM inspections conducted upto December 2008. As per NRRDA’s letter no.
Q-18023/1/ 2005-P-III-QM dated 23rd December, 2013, a decision about these ATRs
was to be taken by the respective State Governments.
v) Contractors whose works are not inspected atleast once.
vi) Pending complaints.
vii) Discussions on defect observed on Quality Monitors’ inspections.

7. Procurement of Survey and Laboratory Equipments under RRP-II TA-WB.


8. Identification of districts with 25% ST population (out of total district
population) eligible habitations yet to be connected under PMGSY.

9. Review of Final payment cases: Pending year-wise.

10. Review on Accounts of States including OMMAS.


11. Pending advances lying with the SRRDAs/States whose adjustment bills are still
awaited.

12. Details of Blacklisting of PMGSY Contractors.
