We are willing to undertake the system development and implementation work on the lines of
ISO 9001:2008 for

M/S. Al Abbar & Associates LLC

1.0 OUR SCOPE OF WORK :

A. Awareness training on the system requirements for Top, Middle Level Management
executives.

B. Appraise the top management of their responsibility as per the standard.

C. Initial status study to ascertain the present system and practices and quantum of work to
be done. This is primarily for making the action plan.

D. Identification of the Management Representative, who is the part of top management and
have authority to decide on QMS related processes.

E. Preparation of the milestone events with targets for completion of the same.

F. Training on the preparation of the documentation (Quality Manual, Procedures, Work

Instructions, Formats etc.) & training on appropriate statistical tools.

G. Training for the implementation simultaneously after preparation of the Procedures.

H. Adequacy audit on the system, which is verifying the documentation adequacy with
regards to the ISO standard.

I. Training of Internal Auditors and Preparation of the Internal Audit System. And the
selection of Internal auditors based on the results of the audit program examination.

J. Compliance Audit through conducting internal auditing.

K. Assistance in development of any facilities required for fulfilling the requirements of the
system.

L. Management Reporting and Review with the Senior Management periodically and assist
in the corrective action needed to develop and implement the system.

M. Assist in co-ordination with suitable Certification Authority for obtaining certification.

2.0 YOUR SCOPE OF WORK:

 Provision of a decent work place for the Consultants.

 Making available all the documents, reports, facilities, personnel and other resources
needed for the development work.

 Carrying out the instructions given by us with regard to the system related work.

 Adhering to the time schedules derived during the development work.

 Any other support that will be needed for the satisfactory completion of the work.

 Total duration will be around 3 months for obtaining ISO 9001:2008

certifications.

 The invoice will be submitted by the first of each month. You shall arrange to pay as
per the invoice amount by seventh of the month.

 You shall assign a responsible person for coordinating this work. We will directly
interact with this person and inform him about any corrective actions needed. This is
very essential for success of this work.

4.0 COMMERCIAL TERMS:

The total professional charges for this assignment shall be finalized as per the
discussions with the management.
The total duration of the contract is 3 Months only.

Out of this amount the following terms of payment shall apply.

The charge are Professional Fees only, apart from that any other direct expenses like
Typing, Xerox, procurement of standards etc. These shall be arranged by you or
reimbursed at actual.
