 Assisted in supervision of the orientation staff, which consisted of 25 undergraduate orientation leaders, utilizing
the guidance and assistance of professional staff members.
 Worked collaboratively with orientation staff to facilitate Orientation Leader (OL) Retreat and 2-week OL
Training which sought to develop a cohesive team, establish clear expectations for OL’s and prepare OL’s to
execute their key role in the orientation program.
 Assisted in coordination and execution of 9 first year orientation and 3 transfer orientation sessions.
 Worked in both student and parent programs throughout the summer to offer a comprehensive, well-rounded
experience to understand orientation at the University at Buffalo.
