Section 3. Precautions Label Information


WARNING May cause irritation to skin and eyes. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and
clothing. Do not take internally. Do not reuse container unless properly
reconditioned.

Section 4. First Aid Information


Eyes Immediately gently irrigate with clean water for 15 minute. Move eyeball
and keep eyelids wide open and apart whilst irrigating. Obtain medical
attention.
Skin Remove contaminated clothing. Wash off affected area immediately with
plenty of water. If skin irritation persist, obtain medical attention.
Ingestion Do not induce vomiting medical advice. If conscious wash out mouth and
give 500 ml of water to drink. Obtain medical attention.
Inhalation Remove to fresh air, rest, treat symptomatically. Obtain medical
attention.

Section 5. Health the Effects Information
Primary Route(s) of exposure Eye, skin, inhalation, ingestion
Eyes Causes eye irritation. It cause immediately and severe pain followed by
conjunctive edema and cornea clouding. Later cataract formation may
occur. This substance may cause eye burns.
Skin Causes skin irritation with possible burning pain and corrosive damage. It
may be absorbed through the skin.
Inhalation May be harmful if inhaled. Inhalation of dust may cause respiratory tract
and mucous membrane irritation with coughing, sneezing, choking,
difficulty breathing and pulmonary edema.
Ingestion May be harmful if swallowed. May cause severe gastrointestinal
(digestive) tract irritation with severe nausea, vomiting, abdominal
discomfort, violent purging, diarrhea, and burning sensation.

Small Spill Use appropriate tools to the spilled solid in a convenient waste disposal
container. If necessary: Neutralize the residue with a dilute solution of
acetic acid. Finish cleaning by spreading water on the contaminated
surface and dispose of according to local and regional authority
requirement.
Large Spill Corrosive solid. Leak if without risk. Do not get water inside container.
Do not touch spilled material. Use water spray reduce vapors. Prevent
entry into sewers, basement or confined areas; dike if needed. Call for
assistance on disposal. Neutralize the residue with a dilute solution of
acid. Be careful that the product is not present at concentration level
above TLV. Check TLV on the MSDS and local authorities.

Wash hand or breaks and at the end of the shift. If clothing is
contaminated, remove clothing and thoroughly wash the affected area.
Launder contaminated clothing before reuse.
Protective equipment Chemical resistant apron, gloves, goggles, and boots.
