SUBJECT REQUIREMENT FOR 6TH MCLE CONVENTION

PARTICIPANTS ON SEPTEMBER 18-23, 2017 TO
EXECUTE UNDERTAKING TO STAY WITH THE PUBLIC
ATTORNEY',S OFFTCE (PAO) AT LEAST THREE (31 YEARS
BEFORE THEY WILL BE ALLOWED/AUTHORIZED TO
TRANSFER TO OTHER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
OR RESIGN FROM THE PAO

ln the interest of the service, rand to give all Public Attorneys enough
time to practice and apply to their asligned workload/cases the knowledge and
skills they will learn during the coming "6rH MCLE ACCREDITED NATIONAL
CONVENTION OF PUBLIC ATTORNEYS', on September 18-22, 2017, the
Office shall secure an undertaking (sample Form is enclosed) from all Public
Attorney participants thereat to stay with the PUBLIC ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
(PAO) for a minimum of three (3) years before they will be allowed/authorized
to move to other employment opportunities or resign from PAO. The counting of
three (3) years shall be on the date after the completion of said convention.
OtheMise, they shall reimburse to the National Treasury thru the PAO, their
allocated individual convention expenses shouldered by the Office.

The concerned Regional Public Attorney/Regional OlC, Administrative

Officer V/designee of each region and Service OlC, upon receipt of this
order, shall immediately disseminate the same to their respective jurisdiction
and within three (3) days thereof shall submiUfoMard the duly accomplished,
checked and compiled undertaking/commitment form to the Field Operations
and Statistics Service, PAO-Central Office.

Failure on their part to do so shall subject them to appropriate administrative

sanctions.

MCLE training seminar allocated for me by the Office during the

said convention.
