For Management & Staff

Shifts:
9-hour shift - 08:00am – 05:00pm & Other Shifts after schedule
9-hour shift - 09:00am – 06:00pm & Other Shifts after schedule
Late coming & early going:
15 minutes’ grace period for a day (Total 6:30 hours grace time for month)
Breaks / Intervals for rest
1 Hour break (1:00pm to 2:00pm)
Friday Break & Timing
Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. (Includes Namaz (Prayer) and Lunch)
Friday Off Timing will be 8:00am till 5:30pm
Friday Off Timing will be 9:00am till 6:30pm

No. of days in Month:
If a salaried employee does not work for a whole month i.e. hired during a month or resigned before a
month closing, the payment of working days will be calculated based on 26 working days.
Ramadan Timing’s:
Working hours during the Holy month of Ramzan will be notified separately.
Short Leave / Early going Adjustment
Will be adjusted in Grace Time / Leaves if balance is not available deduction will be made on minutes /
hours bases.

Payroll calculation:
The salaries are paid directly to all kind of workmen on the monthly basis.
The Company will pay the salary max. by 10thday of the next month.
The number of working days are calculated on 26 days.
Per Day/Hour/Monthly Salary Rate will be as follows:
Per day Salary: Salary or Minimum Wage / 26 (Working Days) = Per Day Salary
Per Hour Salary / Rate: Salary or Minimum Wage / 26 (Working Days) / 8 working hours = per hour rate.
Per Month Salary: Salary / 26 (Working Days) = Monthly per day salary x 26= per month salary this will
not affect the amount of salary either the working days are 26, 25 or 27 etc.
Deduction:
On account of absenteeism deductions will be made on monthly working days. Accumulated hours of
Late Coming & Early Going will impact on attendance and adjusted first from grace period if any in that
month and then from Casual+Sick Leave balance, if balance is exhausted then it will be deducted from
Salary.
O.T. Calculation Only for Entitled Staff (Specified)
Per hour OT Rate Calculation: Minimum Wage / 26 (Working Days) / 8hours per day = Rate of 1 hour x 2
= Per Hour Overtime Rate.
OT Payment: Weekly rest day (Sunday)/ Gazette Holiday & daily over time
Manual Attendance procedure: In case of attendance devices /software issues or company transport
late arrival or any exceptions will be made to affected employees and Human Resource will be
responsible to adjust their attendance accordingly and no approval from HOD / Line Manager will be
required for these instances.
In any other special case request will be made from the employees to make it correct.
Late sitting compensation: If late sitting hours exceed 10:00am employee will be entitled for Rs:200 for
dinner
Leaves (per year):
Casual Leave: 10 days
Sick Leave: 16 days
Annual Leave: 14 days
Any other leave eg: Hajj leave, special leave will be granted by management's approval

2 leave per month (CL,SL) on pro rata bases


Annual leave will be entitled after completion of 1 year
No leave balance on probation period (3 months)
After successful conformation last 3 month leave balance and current month leave will be added

Deduction (Late coming & early going)


1st Grace time (6:30 hours).
Salary deduction on less than 2 hours
2 to 4-hour half CL/SL
After 4-hour 1 CL / SL
If CL/SL balance is exhausted, salary will be deducted on minutes’ bases

For Workers

5 minutes’ grace period for day (Total 02:00 Hours Grace Time for Month)

1 Hour break (1:00pm to 2:00pm)

Minimum Wage adjustment:
If employee works less than a month then his salary will comply minimum wage and per day / hour will
be paid as per his attendance but monthly salary will be the same like 15,000 either month is 25 / 26 /27
working days.
When the wages or salary is paid to worker, for workers record, a Pay Slip Form is given to the employee
for his record.
Pay slip is auto generate from the IT System which is as per law.
The payment of salary or wages is recorded / Acknowledgement on Payroll Register in case of bank
salary account accounts department will maintain the salary and payments transfer record.
Wage rates are calculated as follows.
O.T. Calculation for Workers
Per hour OT Rate Calculation: Minimum Wage (15000) / 26 (Working Days) / 8hours per day = Rate of 1
hour x 2 = Per Hour Overtime Rate. = 144.23
OT Payment: Weekly rest day (Sunday)/ Gazette Holiday & daily over time

Leaves (per year):


Casual Leave: 10 days
Sick Leave: 16 days

1 hour will be deducted if daily OT exceeds 6 or more than 6 hours (only in general shift (8:00 till 5:00))
OT Adjustment:
Half day / Absentees adjust for OT hours
4 hours for half day
8 hours for 1 day absent
