as well as maintaining a high cleanliness ethic.

 Cleanliness SOP: Sanitisation of work counters and tables, produce, kitchen equipment
such as chopping boards, knives, etc., are basic checks. Additionally, the staff ensures the
floors and tables are cleaned every couple of hour.
