Sub: Request for transfer of Junior Teacher Serving under Satyabadi Block to
Puri Sadar Block in Puri District.

Sir,
Most respectfully I Smt. Parbati Barik, MA, B.Ed serving as Junior
Teacher in Baral UGUP School under Satyabadi Block beg to state the
following few lines regarding my difficulties in serving at a distant place
from my residence.

That I Joined in the service on Dt. 06/07/2013 and have been

performing my duties sincerely in the school for last 5 years. I am the
permanent residant of Puri town. My husband serves at distant place from
home. Myself and my only daughter live at home. My daughter is reading
in kendriya Vidyalaya, Puri. Being an athrist & Blood Pressure patient I am
unable to walk freely and perform my domestic works. On my school-days,
daughter feels insecure to stay at home till my return in evening. I have to
commute more than 60Kms daily with much difficulties. I had also applied
to DEO, Puri for transfer this year. But invain.

Under such circumstances I earnestly appeal your good self to

consider my plightful condition at least from humanitarian point of view
and transfer me to a near by school of Puri town for which I shall be able
to take care of my health and facilitate my only daughter in her studies.
