In moro mari hospital in Dahlia room number 23 there is a patient named ny. Cintya with
diagnosis of hypertension. doctors and nurses do visite to the patient. The doctor give prescription
for the patient. Team leader asked head of the room for permission to centralize the medicine.
Team leader : good morning ma’am
Head of the room : good morning nurse Ayunda.
Team leader : we have a new patient named ny. Cintya with diagnosis of hypertension.
now I will do the centralization drugs of new patient. It's a document for the
centralization of new patient medicine.
The head of the room : I will check the document. yes, can centralize the drugs for new patients.
Please make an appointment first to the patient or family.
Team leader : yes, I will make an appointment to the patient or family.

The team leader came to Dahlia room number 23 to request permission to centralize the
drug.

Team leader : This will be an explanation of the centralization of drugs for new patients,

entirely done by nure, the purpose of centralization drug is to use the drug
wisely and avoid waste.This is the reason why drugs should be
decentralized. Any question ?
Family : we have not receive the drugs yet.

prescription medicine for Mrs. Cintya?
Team leader : this is prescription drugs ma’am.
The head of the room : this prescription medicine for Mrs. Cintya, please buy the drugs at hospital
pharmacies.
Family : I don’t know where is the pharmacy place.

Pharmacy : this is the drug Mrs. Metropolol to prevent migraine taken once a day and
lisinopril to prevent stroke taken once a day. Any question ?
Family : I see Mrs. Thank you.
Pharmacy : you’re welcome.

The family back to the nurse station to deliver drug that had been buy from the pharmacy.
Family : this is the drug I bought.
Team leader : yes Mrs. I will saves the drug and put it on cabinet drug.
Family : yes nurse I see.
Team leader : thank you for your cooperation.
Family : you’re welcome nurse.

The team leader and Nurse Associate come to Mrs. Cintya room with a drug that will be
given to Mrs. Cintya
Team leader : good morning Mrs. Cintya.
Mrs. Cintya : good Morning nurse.
Team leader :Mrs. Cintya you will be given drugs once a day. There are 2 types of drugs,
this metropolol in oral form. Prevent migraine and the bad effect is nausea
and weakness. This is lisinopril to prevent stroke in the form of ampoules,
and the bad effect is cough and nausea.
Mrs. Cintya : when I can take the metropol nurse ?
Team leader : after I inject the lisinopril.
Mrs. Cintya : yes I see nurse.

The team leader asked the nurse associate to inject the drug to Mrs. Cintya.
Team leader : nurse Farikha please inject this drug to Mrs. Cintya.
Nurse associate : yes nurse.

 After that the team leader and nurse associate go back to the nurse station.
