3. PAYMENT SCHEMES

Collection schemes will now be known as collection profiles. The below applies to the collection schemes;
o Can be weekly or monthly
o Days of week or days of month
o In Fee Collection only

You can select a scheme at enterprise, region or club level. As per the rest of Legend, the scheme per location
will override enterprise/region for that location. You can configure as many weekly or monthly profiles as you
like, however each location can only have 1 weekly and 1 monthly against (if it isn’t set to inherit)

Navigate to Configuration > Collection Profile as indicated below

You will be shown the following screen, which gives you the options to view/create/update/delete Collection Profiles.
This will be populated upon release with the information you currently have set in Control Panel as part of a release
migration.

If you wish to create any further collection profiles, select Create New and you will see the fields can now be typed in
and saved. Give the profile and name and description, then once you select monthly or weekly you will see you have
the option to tick the collection days as desired. Once you have chosen, select save and the profile will be available for
assignment to any locations/enterprise.

Collection Profile Configuration per Location

Navigate to Configuration > General Configuration as indicated below
You can configure the Collection Profiles to use at a location (Enterprise/Group/Club) as indicated.

Note: Collection Profiles saved at locations cannot be deleted.
