My Sales Overview
Use
The application allows you to view and create sales data in actionable cards, which display in a dashboard format. Sales data can include: incoming sales orders,
blocked credit memo requests, customer returns, and customer information.

Key Features
These are key features of the application:

Cards that display sales document information and allow you to view more detail. For example, the Blocked Credit Memo Requests card displays the
status of credit memos and also provides additional detail for a particular credit memo request.

You can create various sales documents using the Quick Actions card. These documents include: sales orders, sales quotations, credit memo requests, and
customer returns.

The global filter makes it possible to filter results by sold-to party, sales organization, distribution channel, division, and more. This impacts all cards
except the Quick Actions card.

Cards that display graphs and analytics also provide aggregated data and data by status.

You can also specify default sales area filters (Sales Org., Distr. Channel, and Division) as well as your default currency settings (Display Currency) in the
Default Values option of your user settings.

The My Sales Overview application provides the following cards:

Card Description
Customer Contacts Indicates how many customer contact detail views can be displayed. It also tells you how many customer contacts are
available in the system.

The stack feature allows you to view additional customer details such as the name and role, and communication data.

Open Sales Orders Displays a list of sales orders that are still open and require processing. Entries on the card will appear in the order of the
last changed or created date.

Allows you to navigate to the Manage Sales Orders application.

You can also select an open sales order to view additional details.

Customer Returns Displays a list of customer returns. Entries on the card will appear in the order of the last changed or created date.

Allows you to navigate to the Manage Customer Returns application.

You can also select a specific customer return to view additional details.

Customer returns can be displayed using different filter options. The default is 'Active Returns'.

Note With the business role Internal Sales Representative, you can view this card but cannot navigate to the Manage Customer
Returns application. The Returns & Refunds Clerk business role is required for navigation to the card.
Blocked Credit Memo Displays a list of credit memo requests that are blocked for checking. Entries on the card will appear in the order of the
Requests last changed or created date.

Allows you to navigate to the Manage Credit Memo Requests application.

You can also select a specific credit memo to view additional details.

Open Sales Quotations Displays a list of sales quotations that are incomplete. Entries on the card will appear in the order of the last changed or
created date.

Allows you to navigate to the Manage Sales Quotations application.

You can also select a specific open quotation to view additional details.

Quick Actions Displays shortcuts for creating various sales documents.

These shortcuts include: sales orders, sales quotations, credit memo requests, and two entry points for customer returns
(for the SAP Fiori application and the SAP GUI VA01 transaction).

Returns & Refunds role is required in order to create a customer return.

Compared to Month of This card displays incoming sales orders by month of the current and previous year. It provides data as follows:
Previous Year - Incoming
Sales Orders Header:

Displays the comparative monetary and percentage values. These indicate the difference in revenue from incoming
sales orders between the current month and same month of the previous year.

Graph:

Breaks down the revenue from incoming sales orders for the current and previous years by month.

Note For the current month, only revenue from incoming sales orders up to the current day can be considered. Thus,
to accurately compare revenues against the previous year, only consider revenues recorded until the same date of the
previous year.

Display Currency:

You can change the display currency of the aggregated amount that displays on this card. The user's currency is
derived from the company code to which they belong.

In instances where the company code is empty, you can get the currency from the client table T000 and the field
<MWAER>. You can also maintain the currency in the Display Currency option of your default values settings.

The Sales Manager business role is required in order to view this card.

Sales Quotation Pipeline Indicates how many sales quotations have already expired, how many will expire today, and how many in the future.

Allows you to navigate to the Manage Sales Quotations application.

You can also view sales quotations by status.

Sales Order Fulfilment - Provides an overview of sales order fulfilment issues.


Monitor Issues
Allows you to navigate to the Sales Order Fulfilment - Resolve Issues application.
