70% advance payment with the work order.

Payment :
Balance 30% on the completion of the Project.

Lead Time : Negotiable.

If customer is satisfied with installation, test & trial, it will be certainly

: treated that the entire system has been installed and handed over
properly.
All services are guaranteed for 30 days from the completion/ handover of
the project. If later found that the services or repairs was diagnosed
incorrectly by the technician, DK Computer & it source will provide the
Service Warranty :
required services.
After the mentioned warranty period (30 days) service(s) will be provided
on Pay Per Call basis.
01 (One) Year warranty will be provided for all hardware installation. This
warranty is contingent upon proper use of the hardware by Original
Purchaser and does not cover: if damage is due to accident; unusual
physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress; modifications; neglect;
Hardware Warranty : misuse; failure of electric power, air conditioning, or humidity control;
transportation; tampering with or altering of the hardware or Unwanted
Disasters is Earthquakes; Floods; Cyclonic; storms; Droughts; Tornadoes;
Fire or Act Of God.

Training will be provided by our technical team to the authorized
