RECONCILIATION AGREEMENT

This “Agreement” is made this 28th of February, 2018, at Muntinlupa City,

between spouses MRS. PIA WURTZBACH-STOCKINGER with a residence at Purok
1, Block 2, Lot 3, Southville 4, Muntinlupa City, herein to referred to as ‘Complainant”
and MR. MARLON STOCKINGER with a residence at Phase 5, Block 6, Lot 7,
Tensuan Site, Poblacion, Muntinlupa City herein to referred as “Respondent”. The
Complainant and the Respondent in this agreement will be referred to as “Parties”
collectively.

Purpose of Agreement

1. The purpose of this agreement is to acknowledge the reconciliation of the Parties

and to agree that it will be best to settle their differences outside of the court for the best
interest of their family and, most importantly, for their five minor children;
2. As a consequence of their reconciliation, the complainant, Pia Wurtzbach-
Stockinger, agrees to withdraw her complaint for violation of Republic Act 9262 or The
Anti-Violation Against Women and Children against the respondent, Marlon Stockinger
filed before the Office of the Prosecutor in Muntinlupa City on 7th of February, 2018;
3. The Parties, as of the date of this Agreement agree to amicable settle their
differences in connection with any legal position and averments initially filed;
4. The Parties herein are both assisted by their respective clients and have
voluntarily agreed on the matters contained in this Agreement;
5. This Agreement shall become effective immediately as of the date of execution or
as of 28th of February, 2018;
