At the meeting of the Executive Officers and the Board of Directors of the Linabuan Norte
Senior Citizens Association on March 9, 2018, an amendment on the mode of payment of
membership fees to the association was proposed and approved.

A member may choose from the following mode of payment:

1. Maintain the provisions of Article IV, Section 2 of the Constitution and By-Laws, that
is to pay Php20.00 membership fee and Php10.00 monthly dues;

or

2. A member must pay Php365.00 in one payment as his/her lifetime membership fee to
the association. This mode of payment will take effect from this year 2018.

This amendment was approved and signed by the Executive Officers and members of the
Board of Directors this 9th day of March, 2018.
