SCOPE OF WORK ON TURNKEY BASIS

The Scope of this proposal covers design, detail engineering, manufacturing fabrication /
procuring supply, erection and commissioning of the equipment specified by us.
Delivery
The fabrication of Vessels of Micro Brewery will be ready in approx. 40 Days from the Date of
receipt of the technically & commercially clear purchase order and 10 Days for the
Commissioning of the Micro-Brewery Plant.

EXCLUSIONS
The following items are excluded from our scope of work:
1. All types of civil works including foundations, drains, drain sumps.
2. Safe storage of tank, consumables and other accessories at site.
3. Regeneration and dosing chemicals laboratories reagents required for the initial start of the plant and
normal operation of plant.
4. Piping up to the inlet and outlet.
5. Raw Water Pump, Treated Water Pump.
6. Earthing materials.
7. Covered storage facilities.
8. Lighting and Water supply facilities.
9. Storage and security of equipment at site.
10. Laboratory testing facilities, reagents and instruments.
11. Plant building and its illumination and ventilation.
12. Operating platforms for plant equipment other than Brew House.
13. Any other equipment’s and services not specifically mentioned as forming part of our offer.
14. Glycol / refrigerant gas
15. Cable Ducts /Piping ducts
16. Interconnection between RO to Aespses Tanks.
17. Any other items not mentioned in our technical offer.
18. Heavy labor and crane should be available on site for unloading of equipment.

PRICE SUMMERY
Price Basis:
12,80,300.00 Ex-Works in INR. Ex-cluding all taxes & duties, Packaging, Transportation & Insurance shall be
extra at actual as per applicable.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
FOR SUPPLY
a) 60% advance along with the order.
b) 40% along with all applicable taxes and duties against Performa Invoices before despatch of
equipment/against inspection.

SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS

VALIDITY
Our offer is valid for a period of 30 days.
DELIVERY
The fabrication of Vessels of Micro Brewery will be ready in approx. 90 Days from the Date of receipt of the
technically & commercially clear purchase order and 10-15 Days for the Commissioning of the Micro-Brewery
Plant.
ADDITIONAL TAXES
Octroi, entry tax, any charges for statutory clearances, any other charges and duties as per state
government/country rules and any other taxes and duties not mentioned in our offer will be to your account.
WARRANTY
Our product is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the product. The warranty is limited
to free repair only and doesn’t cover part(s) broken or worn out due to mishandling, normal wear & tear, improve
usage and transit damages. Any unauthorized repair during the warranty period will be absolving us of any & all
warranty obligations.

NON DELIVERY OF READY EQUIPMENT

Relitek Services will intimate the customer upon readiness of the ordered equipment for trials and dispatch clearances. The dispatches will
only be undertaken upon receipt of all payments as agreed. In the event of non-receipt of payments more than 30days after intimation of the
same we would be entitled as per our Company guidelines to take any or more of the following course of actions:
a) Divert any or all of your equipment to other customer(s). In this case, you are liable to accept new delivery timelines for such equipment.
b) Charge you demurrage/ inventory carrying charges @ 0.5% per week of the total amount of supply. The same will be adjusted to the extent
possible against any advance payment of yours lying with us.
c) Charge you the costs incurred to recondition/ repaint any or all equipment or part(s) thereof, if required, at the time of actual delivery.

d) Cancel your order and forfeit the remaining advance payment, if any.
e) Liquidate the said inventory in any way or means deemed fit by us, to recover our costs.
f) Take recourse to any other / alternate option(s) to safeguard our interests, as per the laws of the land.

APPROVALS FROM LOCAL AUTHORITIES

Any permits, fees and the like lawfully required by any Authority in respect of the transportation of Equipment to BUYER’s site and working at
BUYER’s site and necessary approvals required from stipulated authorities to carry out all work at site to this effect shall be the responsibility
of the BUYER and will be to BUYER’S account.

JURISDICTION
In the event of any dispute / claim arising in arbitration and or legal proceedings in this effect shall be instituted in
the competent court in the city of New Delhi only.
FORCE & MAJEURE
Every effort will be made to deliver goods within stipulated delivery mentioned herein above & no liability shall be
attached to us for non-performance and / or delayed condition of order as a result of force majored condition.
INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
You will provide furnished accommodation and local conveyance for the erection team working at site
