Graduate Resident Director, Peabody Hall May 2017 – Present
• Directly supervise the day-to-day operations of a traditional first year area of 400+ students
• Manage building budget of $7,000
• Advise community council and manage a budget of $2000
• Hire, supervise and evaluate 12 Resident Assistants, 12 Desk Receptionists, 1 Mail Assistant and 1 Office Assistant
• Conduct weekly RA staff meetings and weekly 1:1 with student staff members in designated area
• Oversee programs that focus on our residential curriculum: Community, Leadership, Diversity and Wellness
• Supervise Faculty in Residence, and the coordination of programs on the importance of physical health once a month
• Create assessment tools for fall and winter student staff training to measure how effective training is for students
• Coordinate and organize the process for hall opening and closing throughout the academic year
• Facilitate all room changes using the Adirondack Housing Director software
• Serve as a conduct hearing officer with the ability to sanction from a warning to a residential ban
• Participant on a 24/7 on call duty rotation for Salem State University with 7,000 students

• Co-supervised the day-to-day operations of a sophomore suite style area of 350+ students
• Managed and planned student staff selection for nine different student positions
• Planned the interview day with leadership activities for student staff candidates
• Assisted in the planning of new hired student staff members Kick Off event
• Served on the Graduate Resident Director search committee
Mental Health Awareness Week Committee Co-Chair October 2016 – March 2017
• Organized the first Fresh Check Day on campus, a mental health awareness initiative with the Jordan Porco Foundation
• Oversaw the implementation of daily programs, i.e. The Art of Racial Trauma, QPR Training, Careers in Mental Health
• Facilitated weekly committee meetings of sub-committee heads
• Worked collaboratively with various departments across campus
• Chaired the sub-committee of advertising and marketing for all the events taking place on Mental Health Awareness
