Many careers are significant to our developing society, especially the vital role of

teachers. Teachers leave a long-lasting impression on the students’ future. Teachers are ones that

inspire each student to believe in themselves. Every teacher has a huge responsibility within their

hands to educate their students. Through the use of education, they open doors to many possible

outcomes for students. My mission and vision as a classroom teacher are to create an

environment where all students can learn. A place where different resources can invoke interest

in learning through student differences, allowing students to teach each other and keeping an

open mind to meet every student’s needs.

My vision is a classroom where every child can discover themselves through learning; it is an

ideal place for transformative teaching. It all starts in the classes; as a teacher develop a

classroom management plan, where students and teacher can create agreements and routines in

our classroom where the classroom is an encouraging environment for maximizing the learning

experience. The practices that part of class ultimately to spread throughout the school

environment where students can see themselves as future leaders. The success of students will

spread to the entire school in mentoring other students to pursue higher learning. With that, every

teacher according to Ladson-Billings (1995), should have a belief about teaching that all of the

students could and must succeed. No matter the student’s background, everyone who is part of

school staff should encourage students to do their best. I will seek to work with other teachers to

provide a school that is place that is safe and nourishing environment. An education
environment should provide moments of scaffolding for students because students have

unlimited potential for growth. Scaffolding students will eventually have to begin working

independently in an environment where it is okay to make mistakes. Also incorporating the

community that the school serves will help build a strong relationship. In supporting the

community to take an interest in prospering with student higher learning, Echevarria et al. (2015)

stated that teachers and administers in those schools provide students with opportunities to

consider a wide range of career and college choices. Producing positive future leader qualities

within students that will benefit the vast world. Allowing students to develop interactions and

relationships,

My mission is creating an equitable learning environment where all diverse students are

inspired to become future leaders. For students to lead the next generations for a better

tomorrow. Students will engage in activities that will be challenging and have high expectations

will prepare them to continue a process that will allow developing their skills in collaboration,

critical thinking, communication, and creativity. All students are capable of success no matter a

student’s background and the different abilities they may possess. Lessons require the continual

building of relationships with students and conducting engaging and developing lessons that are

problem, project, and inquiry-based, but most importantly that will interest students “encourage

collaboration and community can make all students feel part of the classroom and tap into their

funds of knowledge in ways that promote cultural responsiveness.” (Pinto, 2013) Having

students with different cultures are learning opportunities. Making the classroom a place we can

explore different cultures throughout specific classroom lessons lead by students. Lessons will

need to feature to be exposed to their own cultures and continual reflection of cultural biases.

Students can learn from each other, according to King-Sears (2008) allowing class-wide peer
tutoring gives way to challenging and engaging learning opportunities for all students. Also

providing support to students where English is their second language or students with other

special needs, by providing various learning strategies that allow such students to take part in the

learning process. Students can practice with the learning process, allowing students to discover

their unique talents and strengths. Reaching out to parents is also essential for students' success.

Parents can provide every student with the appropriate tools that will allow me to continue to

have a good relationship with students. Incorporating parents with their students will ensure

students that what they are learning is of importance

Teachers have a rigorous career, where they must work in a time constraint because there not

enough school hours to teach everything students need. But teachers hold the keys to the future

of all their students. By providing primary essential tool is necessary for every student, where all

students can feel safe and comfortable to learn. I believe all children are capable of learning; they

are crucial components of the community. I will not be the only one teaching, in fact, there will

be moments when roles will switch; I will be learning from my students. I also believe all

students deserve an excellent education, and what they learn from a classroom it can be useful in

everyday life.
