What we are learning:


In reading we have been focusing on retelling important events and determining the moral or central
message of a fable. In grammar we have been learning about compound words and synonyms. In
Writing we have started writing poetry in honor of National Poetry Month. In Math we have been using
various strategies to add and subtract 3-digit numbers In Science we will begin learning about
weather patterns and the water cycle and we have started our unit on sound..
