Intended Audience  What does your intended audience know or think about the subject now? 
They may have been thinking that they’ve always wanted to know how to do. 
What do you want them to know or think after they experience your message? 
I want them to have a better understanding of prezi, so they know how to set it up 
and use it with knowing what to do.

Think about the message  examples to select an appropriate tool to deliver your messages. 
you want to  Advantage- powtoon, great for less complex ideas, introductions to an idea, dos

  Disadvantage- Moovly- awkward for note taking

What type of application  I think screencast and audio would be best because they would understand it 
will allow me to  better and know what to do. And think it is a lot easier
