SCHEDULING
● Use working days as a unit of time (don’t include weekends and holidays)
● Break large, time consuming tasks into small, more measurable ones
● Include full time needed, not just the main task!
ex.) it may only take one hour to construct a robot, but it may take a week to order parts
● Start Date- End Date= Duration of Task
* note that the first time you do something, it will take much longer than intended
