Understanding Letter is a means of communication to convey written information by a party to
another party.

C. Types of Letters
Letter has two types namely Personal Letter and Official Letter, To understand the difference see

2. Official Letter

According to Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI) the official letter is a letter that is used for the
benefit of the official, whether individuals, institutions, or organizations, such as invitations,
circulars, notices, and so forth.
