2010 “Fear” October 1-27
Call for Entries: Arts on the Park invites all artists (18
years of age and over) who are AOP members or would
like to become AOP members, to submit entries for the
2010 October Show. Exhibit selection and awards will be
given at the discretion of the judge and presented at the
reception. Judge’s decisions will be final.

Reception: Friday, October 1st 2010 6:00pm– 9:00pm

Entry Procedure: Each artist may submit up to three pieces
for judging. The entry fee and entry form must accompany
all entries. Notification will be made by email.
Guidelines for Entry: Maximum age of artwork submitted for
AOP juried shows is 5 years. Only original 2-D and 3-D work
(drawings, acrylics, watercolors, oils, graphics, fiber,
photography, mixed media, and sculpture) not before shown at
a competition at Arts on the Park, may be submitted and
should not exceed 6 ft. in width. All work requiring hanging
must be properly prepared for display at the time of receiving.
Any piece wired incorrectly or shown in a previous
competition at Arts on the Park will be disqualified from jury.
Arts on the Park reserves the right to reproduce any artwork
exhibited in the gallery for newsletters, news media, on our
web site, and other promotional uses. A 30% professional
donation to AOP is customary on pieces sold within the
gallery
Accepted work must remain in the gallery through the end of
the show. The Arts on the Park Gallery, it’s employees and
volunteers will not be held responsible for work left after
the close and pickup dates of the exhibition. Work left at the
gallery after 4 business days from scheduled pick up time
will incur a $2/day storage fee.
