WILL

I Thiru.M.Arvind, son of Thiru.Mishel,Hindu aged about 60 years and residing at No.6

Gandhi Nagar, Chrompet-613009, executed this last WILL of mine this 17th day of April
2018 and hereby revoke all my earlier Wills and codicils hereto Before written by me.

I state that I got married in the year 1968 and since that time have chosen to settle in the
house property bearing No. 6 Gandhi Nagar, Chrompet-613009, Chennai, morefully
described in the schedule 1 herunder, through my lawful wedlochk begotten a son and a
daughter who are aged 28years and 25 years respectively.

I state that my son by anem Thiru. Sampath is working as a Marine engineer and still
unmarried is residing in my residence mentioned above only, while my daughter by name
Tmt. Roshini is a B.Com Graduate having got married to a Software engineer, she is well
settled at Velacherry Chennai.

I state that the house property bearing No.6 Gandhi Nagar, Chrompet-613009, Chennai,
morefully is valued at 85 Lakh, described in schedule 1 hereunder, absolutely belongs to me
and besides having acquired a movable property viz, a bank balance of 55 Lak, described
under in the schedule-II.

I state that i am now aged 60 years and am keeping indifferent health very often and am
afraid that death may occasion to me at any point of time. I further state, that in view of this
health condtiiton and with a view to avoiding disputes between my son and daughter regards
sharing the immovable and movable property, mentioned below, i have decided to execute a
Will distributing the properties between my Son and daughter.

I state that I bequeath the immovable property, mentioned in schedule-1 herunder, valued at
Rs.85,00,000/-(Rupees eighty five lakhs only) to my son Thiru. Mr.Sampath exclusively and
therefore, that my daughter Tmt. Roshini shall have no claim over the samne. However I state
that my son Thiru . k sampath can claim possession of the property only after the demise of
my wife Tmt. K. Kamala and therefore, that my wife Tmt. K. Kamala shall not exercise ay
sort of alienation during her lifetime and that my son shall not ask her to go out of the said
house during her lifetime.

I further state that my movable properties, described in schedule-II herunder, valued at

Rs.55,00,000/-(Rupees fifty five lakhs only) acquired by me during my lifetime shall
exclusively be taken by my daughter Tmt. K.Roshini and that my son Thiru. K. SAmpath
shall not have any manner of claim over the property. I further state that no complaint should
be made by my daughter Tmt. K. Roshini in respect of the value of the properties bequethes
to her in comparison with the value of property bequtethed to my son since I have spent
considerable money in performing my daughters marriage in a grand manner.

I state that I have executed this will when i am in possession of sound health and sound mind
and in a fit manner of disposition of my property.
I state that I have not been subjected to any manner of coercion and undue nfluence or any
other sort i=of influence in the matter of execution of this WILL.

also bearing Survey. No.1600/85, covering a extet of 2420 sq.ft consisting 3 storrey containg
3 bedrooms a hall and a kitchen and other amenities like Electrical connection, Water
facilities and Drianage facilities and the entire structure having been made out of R.CC roofs
with open space on all 4 sides of the building, covered a compound wall on all the 4 sides and
bounded on,

NORTH by 100 Feet Road leading to Gorakpur town

SOUTH - by a house Door No.23, bearing R.S. No.1605/85 and belonging to N. Muthu

WEST – by a house Door No.24, bearing R.S. No.1609/85 and belonging to A. Ganesan, and

having a right of entry to the property from this side.

EAST - by a 40’ road leading to Plaza Mall and situated within the Registration and Sub-
Registration District of Gorakpur.
