For temperature control, e.g. with hot

High-performance heating elements
with magnesium oxide insulation must
be heated slowly, to remove any
humidity and to prevent destruction.
With activated start-up circuit, the
controller uses the adjusted start-up
temperature (e.g. 40%) until reaching
the start-up set-point (e.g. 95 h C).
For protection of the heating elements,
the duty cycle is reduced to [ during
start-up.

The start-up set-point (e.g. 95 h C) is

maintained during the selected start-up

Order no. 9404 410 42101

The industrial controller KS 90 TPS can be delivered in the

basic version three-point stepping controller with a built-in
transmitter supply voltage UT > 13 V / ≤ 20 mA. Different
from the standard version, the control inputs di1 and di2 are
contacts and the input 2 has a lower input resistance of
30 Ö.
