With the very diverse classes at BSMS, I have observed the teacher in a few instances showing respect for all types of students, regardless of a disability or social need. He is fair and treats both

I am not quite sure of the role in the community, but at school I feel that Mr. Sibley is definitely a positive individual and a teacher that students do deem as a positive influence and role model. He is
relatable with the students, and the environment created in the classroom is positive and a place where students feel safe.

On a daily basis, and sometimes after each period, we are constantly reflecting and asking what can be done to make this a better lesson or lecture. The teacher is always willing to hear critiques and
criticism and then adjust and move on.

I feel that Mr. Sibley truly does care about his students and is always willing to take time to talk to an individual student, keep the classroom open, or just be present if a student is in need. He is also
genuine in these actions and I believe that the students also feel this way based on their interactions.
