Stamp sheets must now be dated BEFORE anyone will give you a meeting stamp
MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR STAMP SHEET TO EVENTS
No cell phones or computers during the meeting
Membership
Stamp sheets: These keep track of your Active Status in PAIN (write in name,
email, and phone number)
Be sure to label and date your stamps
Must complete and turn in stamp sheet at the end of the semester to
be considered an Active Member
8 pts. for Attendance
1 pt. from each category
o Volunteer, Fundraising, PR, Social
The remaining four event points are your choice!
o Do the rest in one category, two categories, all categories etc.
o As long as you have at least 8 event points total
Non-Attendees: still NEED 12 points total, but NONE of these points come from
attendance. Mandatory two points for each category, and then an ADDITIONAL 4
points in any of the four categories.
If you come to a meeting without your stamp sheet, see Jessica (Membership
Chair) after the meeting so she can write down your name so you can get a
point the following week.
Jessica will only wait 5 minutes past the start time of the meeting before
she leaves. Please be on time!
Make sure to write down your name and contact information on the front of your
stamp sheet!!
REMINDER: We are dating all of our stamps now, so have the date written down
before you get stamped.
