Officer Updates
President and Vice-President
 Doors will close at 5:40 p.m.
 Stamp sheet stamping at door: please leave through the door you get stamped
at
 Stamp sheets must now be dated BEFORE anyone will give you a meeting stamp
 MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR STAMP SHEET TO EVENTS
 No cell phones or computers during the meeting

Membership
 Stamp sheets: These keep track of your Active Status in PAIN (write in name,
email, and phone number)
 Be sure to label and date your stamps
 Must complete and turn in stamp sheet at the end of the semester to
be considered an Active Member
 8 pts. for Attendance
 1 pt. from each category
o Volunteer, Fundraising, PR, Social
 The remaining four event points are your choice!
o Do the rest in one category, two categories, all categories etc.
o As long as you have at least 8 event points total
 Non-Attendees: still NEED 12 points total, but NONE of these points come from
attendance. Mandatory two points for each category, and then an ADDITIONAL 4
points in any of the four categories.
 If you come to a meeting without your stamp sheet, see Jessica (Membership
Chair) after the meeting so she can write down your name so you can get a
point the following week.
 Jessica will only wait 5 minutes past the start time of the meeting before
she leaves. Please be on time!
 Make sure to write down your name and contact information on the front of your
stamp sheet!!
 REMINDER: We are dating all of our stamps now, so have the date written down
before you get stamped.
