2. 如非本銀行客戶，無須填寫戶口號碼。Account Number is not required if not a customer of the Bank.
3. 如屬自動資產備用信貸客戶，往來及定期存款戶口的通訊地址必須相同。For Automatic Secured Line of Credit customers, Correspondence Address for the
current and time deposit accounts must be the SAME.
4. 證券戶口只須更新相連往來戶口的通訊地址。 For securities account customers, only change to the Correspondence Address for the linked current account
is required.
5. 郵政信箱地址不可作為任何戶口的住宅地址或外匯孖展／靈活貨幣買賣戶口的通訊地址。PO Box address cannot be used as Residential Address for any
account or Correspondence Address for FX Margin/ Flexi Currency Trading Account.
6. 郵政信箱地址或任何在香港特別行政區以外之地址不可作為信用卡戶口，循環貸款戶口或定額私人貸款戶口之通訊地址。PO Box address or any address
outside of Hong Kong SAR cannot be used as Correspondence Address for credit card accounts, revolving loan accounts or personal loan accounts.
7. 基於美國就證券交易的有關管制，銀行不會接受證券戶口及基金投資戶口客戶將其戶口的任何地址更改為美國地址。In compliance with the securities trading
restrictions in the USA, the Bank will not accept changes of any address of securities account and investment fund account customers to an address in the
USA.
8. 指定手提電話號碼將用於接收由本行透過手機短訊發出的「一次專用密碼」以認證登入星展 ec-banking 服務及其他網上銀行交易。此指定手提電話號碼將會
取代客戶任何過往曾用以登記「一次專用密碼」之手提電話號碼。The mobile number specified will be used for receiving One Time Passwords (OTPs) sent
by the Bank via SMS for accessing DBS ec-banking services and other online banking transactions. This specified mobile number will override any mobile
number previously registered with the Bank for receiving OTPs.
9. 客戶必須使用客戶個人擁有之手提電話號碼接收「一次專用密碼」。The Customers must use their own personal mobile number to receive OTPs.
10. 當客戶身處外地或使用外地流動電話服務網絡時，客戶的流動電話服務供應商可能未能支援客戶以短訊形式接收「一次專用密碼」。同時，服務供應商亦可能
會就接收「一次專用密碼」收取費用。銀行不會承擔任何由服務供應商或其他有關機構所收取之費用。The Customer’s mobile service provider may not allow
the Customer to receive OTPs via SMS if the Customer is abroad or using an overseas mobile service network. In addition, service charges may be levied
by the service provider for receiving OTPs. The Bank will not be liable for any such charges levied by the service provider or any other party.
11. 以短訊形式發送的「一次專用密碼」可能會因客戶流動電話服務供應商的流動電話服務網絡繁忙而有所延誤。銀行不會承擔因流動電話服務網絡故障構成之任
何服務中斷或延誤所引致的損失。Delivery of OTPs via SMS may be subject to delayed transmission due to the traffic over the mobile service network of the
Customer’s mobile service provider. The Bank will not be liable for loss arising out of any interruption or delays due to any failure of the mobile
service network.
12. 指示一般會於銀行收到本已填寫之通知書後五個工作天內完成處理。Instruction will normally be processed within 5 business days upon receipt of this
completed notice.
