Introductory Statement The activity we are going to be doing today actually began when people would toss pie pans back and forth to each other for
(Anticipatory Set) fun. It has had many different names including the Whirlo-Way, Flyin’ Saucer and Pluto Platter. Can anyone guess what
activity I am talking about? Frisbee! Today we are going to learn the basics of a backhand toss, the proper form for catching a
Frisbee that is tossed to you, and then play a Frisbee gold game at the end. Sound good? Alright, lets go!
