(Ex. Aid and supporting system for training, amount of allowance after obtaining
qualification as 'Kaigofukushishi' etc)
When an intern tries to acquire a certificate of kaigofukushishi, concerning preparations
for examinations, education in the Japanese language and learning of Japanese
lifestyle, our corporation cooperates with related agencies to provide instructors and a
learning time to the intern according to the training plan. In addition, our corporate
pays some of the expenses for acquiring the qualification. After the acquisition,
allowances are paid according to the wage rules.
Other Descriptions
Our corporation was founded in 1974 and opened the first special elderly nursing home
in the Mutsu-Shimokita region in April 1975. Since then, we have made efforts to
expand regional welfare from three bases, centering on welfare services for the elderly.
Under the corporate philosophy of “originality and ingenuity; efforts and enthusiasm,”
we have sought for comfort to each person and have made efforts to create an
environment where elderly persons can live their own life in the community where they
have lived for a long time, including the provision of unit care and the introduction of
the ombudsman system. To improve the quality of the staff, we have established
training systems inside and outside of our corporation and have made efforts to upgrade
the staff’s skills, including study tours to North Europe and the introduction of external
evaluation. Moreover, since we started a training course for visiting care workers in
Comments 2003, a total of 194 persons have completed the training course.
