1. Could you tell me about yourself ?

Thank you for the opportunity that has been given, introduce myself my name is Dewi
ayu Mahardini, Mrs can call me Dewi, I live in Denpasar, I was born in Denpasar, I
second child. I graduated from wira medika stikes nursing department, I just
graduated and want to apply for a job at the hospital.
2. How much time do you spend for your family?
The time I spent on my family at home from 6 pm to 6 am, I and family always dinner
and breakfast at home.
3. Could you tell me what kind of person are you ?
Of course I am easy to get along, quickly adapt to new environment, fast learning new
health science, friendly, polite, critical thinking, honest and neat.
4. What are your parents occupation ?
My parent’s job is private employees, my father work in Telkom Office and my
mother work in Tiara Dewata
5. Do you live with your parents ?
Yes Mrs, I live with my parents

I was born on March 28th, 1997

My status is unmarried
8. Is your couple married ? Any problem with that ?
I have no problem with my currents status

1. Why should I hire you?

Because I just graduated from Stikes wira medika , as long as I was a student Stikes
Wira Medika, I have got some hospital practice in bali, and I also have a new nursing
science to advance this hospital
2. Have your education & your trainings been preparing yourself to jump into working
world?
Yes I already have some training certificates and seminars in some places, like : BHD
and BTCLS certificates. And I also just graduated from wira medika bali stikes and
have a STR to work in this hospital.
3. If we are offer you a position & you accept it, how soon thereafter can begin to work?
When Mrs gave me a job and I got a call from Mrs, I will come to this hospital to
work.
4. In what specific of nursing department you wanna work ?
The place I want to work is surgery room, because I love learning about surgery such
as fractures, urinary stone surgery and others, in addition I have also had practice in
the surgery room and I learned a lot about how to handle patients after surgery

1. How does your previous experience relate to the jobs we have here?
I'm sorry before, I've never had any work experience but I've had a previous surgical
room and my new knowledge about surgery after surgery will help the hospital to
support the latest services
2. Why were you interested to working for this company?
Because this hospital has good accreditation and is famous for it’s friendly, polite and
nice service to the pattien and his family, and I want to be a member in this hospital
3. How did you get into the type of work you are doing now?

I Chose this job because according to my ability and expertise beside that I also
graduated from the nursing department who has a certificate dan STR to work as a
nurse

4. What have been the biggest frustrations in you career

If I am stressed at work, I will do stress management by refreshing myself from one
of nature's attractions and I will remember my purpose of working in this hospital.

Which became the failure of my career that is less satisfy the patient and less in
providing service

My main strength is to provide nursing service in accordance with hospital SOP

I handle this job by working the team with a senior nurse at the Surgical room

My weakness in department management is that it is easy to feel sorry for others
4. As a department manager, how would you go about establishing rapport with your
staff ?

I will start getting aquainted with the staff that is in the room and I will ask to guide
me with implementation of nursing in accordance whit this hospital SOP and I will
also maintain good communication with the staff in this space

If I become manager, I will come on time and work hard to do a good job

1. What are your plan for the future?

My future plan is to be a professional nurse, provide services to the community well

and provide knowledge about health to the whole world

2. What interests you about our company ?

I am excited to work here because the hospital is well accredited and the services
provided to the patients are very friendly and fast.

I will try to find a way out by talking to people I think can solve my problem

yes, but for early work I will ask to be taught in accordance with SOP of nursing
management to patient for about 1 week

the way I make my decisions is to think about the impacts and risks that I have
decided, by carefully thinking my decision that I take is in conformity with the

1. why are you looking for this sort od position and why here ?

because being a nurse in this hospital is my dream and for me to be a nurse is the best
job in the world, I am sure that applying for a nursing job here enables me to achieve
my desire to become a highly dedicated nurse

I think yes because every thing I want to do I will think first and not rash in doing the
action

3. What experience have you had supervising people with advanced degrees?

the experience that I have is learning about the life of the nurse is certainly not easy in
providing services to patients but back to ourselves that one day we become patients
would want the best service from the nurse
4. What do you thin it takes for a person to be successful?

if we want to succeed the most in need is hard work, diligent, and patient. Successful
people are not only for money but because of the experience they have and are able to
help others

I was able to work with others because when I was a college student I often worked
with others as when I worked with a senior nurse in giving nursing actions and I also
got group assignments that I had to finish together, with that I am sure I can cooperate
with others also in this hospital
