MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between:

I, _______________________, of legal age, Filipino, married, and residing at Abigail Subdivision

1, Greenheights, Luinab, Iligan City, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

__________________________) a non-government organization organized under the leadership

of the First Party with office address similar to the First Party headed and represnted by its chairman,
_____________________, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY;

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the___________________________;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY is organized under the leadership of the First Party with the
purpose of serving and assisting the First Party;

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY, as incumbent mayor is in need of assistance in the area of casual
deployment of the supporters of the FIRST PARTY;

WHEREFORE, for the betterment and future of the above named contracting parties, the FIRST
PARTY assigns the SECOND PARTY in its EXCLUSIVE CAPACITY to handle and take care of the deployment
of casuals within the City Hall and all casuals working for the Government deployed outside the City Hall,
under the following terms and conditions, to wit:

1 EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION – That the Second Party shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of
assigning the said casuals within and outside the City Hall and no one shall interfere
thereto except the First Party himself. All Casual employment and recommendatioins
shall pass through the Second Party;

2 TRUST and CONFIDENCE – That the First Party shall give its full trust upon the Second
Party without reservation;

3 NO OTHER DEPLOYMENT – That no other group shall take charge of the Casual
Deployment and likewise, no other deployment shall be approved by the First Party
without the signature of the representative or chairman of the Second Party;

4 IN CASE OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST IN THE DEPLOYMENT, the First Party shall give the
Second Party the discretion and preference to solve the deployment problem SHOULD
THERE BE;

5 UPDATING AND ADVICING – The SEDCOND PARTY shall update and advice the FIRST
PARTY on a regular basis regarding the situation and conditions of the casuals as well as
advice the First Party of what should have been done.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this 5th day of June 2015 at Iligan
City, Philippines.
