Development is a sign of progress and growth in each society. In the past century, the
lifestyle of different countries had change drastically due to different innovation that had been
made and changes in culture that had been adapted. Due to the changes, the downside of these
development arises. Wherein it is now considered that the resources available wouldn’t be able
to sustain the population growth and the needs of each society. Since the rich countries are more
develop therefore they require and consume much larger amount of resource compared to the
poor or undeveloped countries. In order to fully understand and analyze the current situation
these three topics are needed to be considered mainly, the available resources, the current status
progression, the threshold of satisfaction.
Big gap difference would lead to difference in the satisfactory level of individuals living in
the first world countries and 3rd world countries. This is due to the fact that government would
focus differently accessing the current needs of each nation. Third world countries would focus
their budget mainly on health and food compared to those two nation which allots their budget
on science advancement and scientific studies and innovation. This is due to the fact that most
develop countries have people that can sustain their need which would not require a financial
assistance to the government. In terms of satisfactory level, it is considered that nations in the
first world level have a larger pool of resources which leads to promotes to satisfying their wants
rather than what they need therefore wasting more resources.
The de-development of the rich countries would be a plausible solution since it balances
the consumption of resources which would result to a domino effect in the industrialization and
development of the other countries affected. The slowing down of development would create
an opportunity for the inferior countries to catch up and balances the production of resources to
the logarithmic increase of the consumption rate. Furthermore, de-development of the first
world countries would yield a same objective as before which is to eradicate poverty.
