Journal- SAGE journals

DOI- 10.1177/2158244015595089

A study was conducted in Connecticut. The study included interviews with a total of 20 police

officers, driving instructors, and parents of teens and young adults. The ages of the subjects

ranged from 25 to 65 years. They were all asked the same questions. For example, “how do you

think the inventors and makers of cellular phone technology can help reduce and/or avoid the

driver education and parental involvement can help reduce the negative effects of young adults

trying to multitask with technology and driving.

The issue this covers is social issues: fears about technology misuses.
