regarding the arrest of PNP personnel in a
checkpoint in Caranglan Nueva Ecija and Chief of
Police of Sasmuan, Pampanga for extorting money
by the Counter Intelligence Task Force (CITF).

house to house visitation and dialogue among

Inspector Hajie Romero (Fire Marshall); and RHU,
conducted the Kick Off Ceremony of the National
Fire Prevention Month 2018 (March 1-31, 2018) with this year's theme: "Ligtas
na PILIPINAS, Ating Hangad, Pag-iingat sa Sarili ipatupad”. It aimed to
empower and motivate the public on the fire safety awareness.

City Police Office, conducted supplemental feeding
and gift giving to the undernourished pupils of Luna
Elementary School, Santiago City.
 On January 17, 2018 at 9:00 AM, personnel of
Amulung PS, Cagayan PPO, participated in the
conduct of bloodletting activity initiated by Cagayan
Police Provincial Office with the theme: "Involve
yourself, your blood means life of others" held at
Cagayan PPO Multi-purpose Hall.

On March 5, 2018 at 9:00 AM, personnel of

Dupax Del Norte PS, Nueva Vizcaya PPO under
the supervision of PCINSP FERDINAND RINGOR
CORPUZ, Officer-in-Charge, conducted feeding
program to the Ineangan Day Care pupils in Brgy.

On March 9, 2018 at 9:30 AM, PO2 Augene

Velasco, personnel of Alicia PS, Isabela PPO,
together with the FTP under the direct supervision
of PSINSP DARWIN JOHN B URANI, Chief of
Police, participated the Blood Letting Program of
Tomas-Cacal Medical Clinic at Magsaysay, Alicia,
Isabela.

b. 3. Environmental protection/preservation activities (tree planting, coastal

clean-up)

On January 19, 2018 at 7:00 AM, personnel of

Sta. Praxedes PS, Cagayan PPO led by PSINSP
GEOFFREY C RETRETA, Acting Chief of Police
together with the LGU employees headed by Hon.
Danilo A Aguinaldo, Municipal Mayor and BPAT
members of said municipality, participated in the
scheduled clean-up drive activity along the National
hi-way of Sta. Praxedes, Cagayan.

On January 23, 2018 at 9:00 AM, PNP

personnel of Quezon PS, Nueva Vizcaya PPO led
by PCINSP JENEFER G. FLORES, Chief of Police,
together with the members of the Women’s Club
Association of Quezon conducted Tree Planting
activity along National Highway, Brgy Aurora,
Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya.
 On February 8, 2018 at 7:00 AM, personnel of
Quezon PS, Isabela PPO, led by PSINSP ARNEL
F ALVAREZ, Acting Chief of Police, conducted
Community Based Rehabilitation Program among
thirty nine (39) Tokhang Responders of this
municipality. Said activities include Clean and
Green and Moral Recovery Program conducted by
Pastor Reynaldo I. Felizarta of Cavite Bible Baptist Church at the Senior Citizens
Building, Quezon, Isabela.

On March 6, 2018 at 3:00 PM, personnel of

Dupax Del Norte PS, Nueva Vizcaya PPO, under
the supervision of PCINSP FERDINAND RINGOR
CORPUZ, OIC, joins the community in the conduct
of Tree Planting Activity in Barangay Malasin,
Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya.

On January 16, 2018 at 8:30 AM, PO3 Ariel

Naval, PCR PNCO of Police Station 1, Santiago
CPO, conducted visitation and dialogue among
Muslim brothers in Barangay Mabini, Santiago City
re Counter Violent Extremism (CVE), Counter
Radicalization and Anti- Illegal Drugs Campaign.

On January 15, 2018 at 9:00 AM, SPO3 Pablo

Z Buraga, PCR PNCO, Cabagan PS, Isabela PPO,
visited the Mosque compound in Brgy. Anao,
Cabagan, Isabela. The activity aims to monitor the
prevailing Peace and Order Situation in their Area
of Responsibility and to further solicit Muslim
support regarding the PNP’s Anti-criminality
campaign.

On February 7, 2018 at 10:00 AM, personnel of

Santiago City Mobile Force Company, Santiago
CPO led by PSINSP EDMUND C GACIAS, Team
Leader, 3rd Platoon, CMFC conducted visitation
and dialogue to the Muslim residents of Brgy.
Mabini, Santiago City re Counter Violent
Extremism, Counter Radicalization and other
Salaam Police related activities.
 On February 2, 2018 at 10:00 AM, personnel of
Cauayan City PS, Isabela PPO, provided security
and traffic assistance within the vicinity of the
Mosque, San Fermin, Cauayan City to maintain
peace and order, smooth flow of traffic and to warn
motorists to avoid blowing their horn while
KHUTBA Mass is going on.

On March 10, 2018 at 10:20 AM, personnel of

Solano PS, Nueva Vizcaya PPO, conducted
dialogue and visitation at the Muslim Mosque in
Barangay Quezon, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya
regarding the internal cleansing activities of the
PNP. Likewise, the personnel appealed to the
Muslim brothers for their continuous support and
participation on crime prevention and control.

c. 2. Madrasa Visitation

On January 5, 2018 at 11:30 AM, PO3 Ariel

Naval, PCR PNCO of Police Station 1, Santiago
CPO, conducted Madrasa visitation and
information dissemination among muslim pupils of
North Central School (Alive Madrasah) regarding
Anti-Bullying Act.

On January 10, 2018 at 1:00 PM, PO3 Jovelyn

C Birung, Admin HRDD/FJGAD PNCO, Ilagan City
PS, Isabela PPO, conducted school visitation
among Grade V-A muslim pupils of Ilagan South
Central School, Brgy. Calamagui, City of Ilagan,
Isabela and discussed the following: Anti-illegal
Drug Campaign, RA 7610 Child Abuse Law and RA
9344 otherwise known as the Juvenile Justice Act
of 2006.

On February 7, 2018 at 9:00 AM, personnel of

Solano PS, Nueva Vizcaya PPO led by PSINSP
NOVA LYN C AGGASID, Deputy COP, conducted
school visitation and information dissemination to
the pupils of Uztad Jamillah “Joji” Delos Santos, at
New Dalton High School (MADRASA) regarding
R.A. 7610, an act providing for stronger deterrence
and special protection against child abuse,
exploitation and discrimination.
 On March 12, 2018 at 3:00 PM, PCR personnel
of Cauayan City PS, Isabela PPO, under the
supervision of PSUPT NARCISO C PARAGAS,
Chief of Police, conducted information drive to the
Muslim pupils of Ustadz (Teacher) Rahmah M
Sarief at Cauayan City North Central School
regarding the Basic Rights of a Child. Further, the
personnel encouraged the pupils to pursue their
studies and to be on right track by becoming a law abiding citizens.

c. 3. Monitoring/Liaising with Muslim Elders and Organization

On January 9, 2018 at 9:00 AM, SPO3 Rosalyn

Gretel G Mallillin, Senior PCR PNCO, Cauayan City
PS, Isabela PPO, conducted dialogue among
muslim community in Brgy. San Fermin Cauayan
City regarding the Ill-effect of Illegal Drugs and
salient provisions of RA 9262 and RA 7610.

On January 12, 2018 at 10:00 AM, personnel

of Solano PS, Nueva Vizcaya PPO, conducted
visitation and coordination among Muslim Elders
requesting them to join the mass Oath Taking of the
newly organized members for the National
Coalition of Force Multiplier and Advocacy Groups,
Foreign Keeper Network and Other Non-
Governmental Organizations.

On February 1, 2018 at 9:30 AM, personnel of

Cauayan City PS, Isabela Police PPO led by SPO3
Rosalyn Gretel G Mallillin, conducted dialogue to
the Muslim elders of Cauayan Muslim Center, Brgy.
San Fermin, Cauayan City, Isabela with regard to
the programs of the government concerning Muslim
affairs and welfare, and the ill-effect of illegal drugs.

On February 2, 2018 at 9:40 AM, personnel

Solano PS, Nueva Vizcaya PPO led by PSINSP
NOVA LYN C AGGASID, Deputy Chief of Police,
conducted visitation and coordination with Hadji
Ansari Datu, Imam President of Solano-Muslim
association located in Barangay Quezon, Solano,
Nueva Vizcaya. The personnel asked the Muslim
brothers of their continuous support and
participation on crime prevention such as giving
information on the whereabouts of their Muslim Brothers who are included in the
DI watch list.
 On March 8, 2018 at 4:00 PM, personnel of
Cauayan City PS, Isabela PPO led by SPO3
Rosalyn Gretel G Mallillin, Senior PCR PNCO,
under the supervision of the PSUPT NARCISO C
PARAGAS, Chief of Police, conducted
dialogue/visitation with the Muslim elders of the
Muslim Community at Brgy. San Fermin of the said
City. The Senior PCR PNCO discussed the ill-
effect of illegal drugs, RA 9262; RA 7610 and the
upcoming celebration of Women’s Month to the
participants.

c. 4. Jail Visitation and Counseling of Muslim Inmates

On January 10, 2018 at 10:30 AM, PO3 Godfrey

M Agtang, SALAAM PNCO of Cauayan City PS,
Isabela PPO, visited inmate Abdul Bandrang
detained at BJMP, Cauayan City and gave brotherly
advice to the Muslim brother.

On January 16, 2018 at 9:00 AM, PO1 Marical V

Tanguilan, FJGAD PNCO of Station 1, Santiago
CPO conducted information dissemination among
Muslim inmates of BJMP in Batal, Santiago City
regarding Anti-illegal Drugs Campaign and to
promote cooperation between the muslim
community and the PNP.

On March 9, 2018 PNP, personnel of Solano PS,

Nueva Vizcaya PPO, conducted visitation and
dialogue to Saipuding Macadindang, Levy Taclibon,
Panayaman Abbas and Abay Datu, Muslim Inmates
at BJMP Solano, with regards to their physical
condition and treatment of said penal institution to
them.

III. ASSESSMENT

PRO2 through the Police Community Relations Division continuously implements its
PCR plans and programs. PCR operators in all levels earnestly devote their time and efforts
in reaching out the community to strenghten police-community partnership.
