INTRODUCTION

In the following essay we present our observations on how the protection of new

technologies, development and the eradication of poverty in the underdeveloped

countries affects. All this in relation to the topics studied and knowledge learned

throughout the development of the course.

Technological innovations represent man's effort to make life easier. Technological

advances improve people's quality of life, help reduce poverty, and create new

products that enhance our well-being. Technological innovation is one of the main

factors of the economic and social transformation that we are experiencing, from

which emerges its importance. The progress and well-being of humanity depends on

its ability to create and invent new works in the fields of technology And the culture

and legal protection of these new creations encourages the allocation of additional

resources to innovation. Promoting the protection of intellectual property in a country

stimulates economic growth, generating new jobs and industries that enrich and

improve the quality of life of men.

How new technologies protection can play an important role, hampering or

promoting development and poverty eradication in undeveloped countries?

During the study of the present course we address different topics related to the

protection of new technologies that are derived from the innovative process that we

are assisting humans, we knew the processes, entities, costs and conditions under

which technologies can be protected. Of innovations, protecting them means

everything; However, in our country, as is known in many other respects, the

protection of new technologies favors companies with economic power either

because of their costs, paperwork and even the disinformation of the people who

have innovations that have led them to Deliver their ideas to these groups that end

up benefiting from this invention.

However, in general, we conclude that the protection of new technologies promote

development and help eradicate poverty; The progress and well-being of humanity

depends on its ability to create and invent new works in the fields of technology and

culture and the legal protection of these new creations encourages the allocation of

additional resources to innovation.

Promoting the protection of intellectual property in a country stimulates economic

growth, generating new jobs and industries that enrich and improve the quality of life

of men. Promoting an effective and equitable IP system can help all countries exploit
the potential of intellectual property as a catalyst for economic development and

social and cultural well-being.

The intellectual property system helps to strike a balance between the interests of

innovators and the public interest, creating an environment in which creativity and

invention can flourish for the benefit of all. A clear example is that in exchange for

patent protection, licensees are required to disclose information about their inventions

in order to enrich the world's total body of know-how. This growing volume of public

knowledge stimulates creativity and innovation. Thus patents not only give protection

to the owner but are a source of valuable information and inspiration for future

generations of researchers and inventors which potentiates and benefits

development in an underdeveloped country.

We believe that the protection of new technologies does not prevent the economic

development of an underdeveloped country. On the contrary, it benefits him in such

a way that his community, however poor, can see the advance in both the innovation

and the technology of the time. That countries that do not adapt themselves to

transformations driven by new technologies in industry, agriculture, health, the

environment, energy, education and other sectors, run the fatal risk of lagging in

terms of Development and welfare; Even more so in the particular case of developing

countries, in order to deepen the supposed technological gap separating them from
the industrialized world, this process of scientific and technological progress has the

clearest manifestation of raising the standard of living of the population.

Transformation of a series of conditions related to the way of life and the work of the

people.

With the good use of innovation, new technologies and other tools, society is affected,

needs are resolved, problems are solved that affect the improvement of the situation,

condition and quality of life, but this impact is achieved through a Change of mentality

based on critical awareness, on the sociocultural meaning of modern technological

development. This meaning includes actions, intentions, beliefs and values, at a time

when innovation represents the creation of fundamental productive capacities to

obtain the best results and knowledge. It is very important to understand that

entrepreneurial, negotiating, strategic, organizational and imaginative decisions must

be developed in order to create something new that will meet the needs and improve

the quality of life with access for all. Doing an in-depth analysis we see the relationship

between them, since we find raw material, fuels, businesses, inventions and

intellectual potential of the people, as well as the legal way to protect them. In this

way a simple but ingenious idea can provide well-being, satisfaction and a step to

bring a community closer to development or better living conditions and that same

step away from poverty

CONCLUSIONS

Through the literature study suggested for the entire course we were able to

remember and conceptualize very important and necessary terms and definitions that

help create value in products, processes and innovations based on successful

negotiations and how to protect them. Within these terms we emphasize negotiation

which is an interaction between two or more interdependent parties perceiving

incompatible goals. Negotiating parties enter into negotiation because they depend

on each other to meet some needs, but also perceive that the interests of the other

party are in conflict with theirs. To reach a mutually acceptable agreement, the parties

must cooperate and understand each other. An essential component of effective

preparation is to conduct a full analysis of the negotiation situation, to understand not

only the positions, interests, priorities and alternatives, but also those of counterparts.

We also have technological innovation as a complex process interrelated with factors

such as the strength of the knowledge base, institutional arrangements, the

qualification of the workforce, the opening of the economy and the global capacity to

incorporate the improvements achieved in the sectors Countries. It is the need for

structural changes for sustainable development.

The Protection of Innovation includes all measures taken by an entity to ensure the

benefits of the exploitation of innovation in order to recover the investments made

and to repay the risk assumed with that project.
