My sched is the least limiting factor since | will be in Vancouver for Thurs & Fri meetings with TWN starting at 10:00. My
preference is for late day rather than early morning (| planned to drive to meetings and skip the cab
from office to meetings & back], but whatever works best

Hi team - | hope most of you can make it on Thurs. | know it's late in the day. Will be a good opportunity to hear from
MPMO's ADM who works with many of your ADMs, and to share any views you have re consultation,
or any other issues.
Erin has also heard via Tim from me the pressure we're under and some concerns post-Gitxaala that the process
towards decision is moving fast and that departments are still in active response and meeting mode (in particular
MPMO in its role as coordinator of a WoG approach, and TC as the regulatory lead for marine safety}.
Tim also heard directly from many of you at the Oct.4th workshop regarding venues that need to open up for inputting
toa proposed accommodations package, draft CAR Other issues to raise could include any permit-level
consultation issues your depts have identified, and the issue about KM condition compliance referrals.
| also think she just wants to rally the interdepartmental team a bit as we draw down the clock on the existing timeline
for decisions. Other than that there is no fixed agenda, just an opportunity for dialogue.
Cheers,
